Dommage on pensait fuir la canicule, on a eu ni la clim ni la piscine

Le personnel fait de son mieux

Cons:

La piscine n’a qu’une capacité de 8 personnes…. Nous avons du etre evacues pour risque de bactérie. Le dimanche elle devait ouvrir le matin elle n’a ouvert qu’à 12h30. La clim dans la chambre est tres vieille, pas assez raffraichissante en cas de canicule.

Disappointing stay despite a few highlights⭐
Pros:

We are a family of four from Denmark travelling through France on a four-week road trip. We stayed at Hotel Mercure Paris Boulogne for two nights and used it as our base for sightseeing (Eiffel Tower and the Palace of Versailles).

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It looks much larger in the photos than it actually is, but we had it all to ourselves one evening, which felt like a real luxury. The only downside was that there were no sunbeds by the pool - only chairs. And no towels available at the pool - we were asked to use the towels from our room instead.

Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was more disappointing than we had expected.

The hotel is not as close to central Paris as we had imagined. Although it appears nearby on the map, it took around 30 minutes to drive into the city each way due to traffic, so keep that in mind if you plan to visit the main attractions.

Our room also had several issues. The toilet became blocked twice during our two-night stay, despite being used completely normally. In addition, the air conditioning was fixed at 22°C and simply wasn’t powerful enough to keep the room comfortable.

Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection felt rather limited, there was very little cold cut selection for the bread, flies were sitting on the cheese, and the pancake station was confusing. A hot griddle was available, but there was no pancake batter. When we asked for more at around 9 a.m., we were simply told there wasn’t any.

Overall, this hotel has some positive aspects, especially the pool and its location for exploring western Paris and Versailles, but there were too many issues for us to rate it higher. We hope these points can be improved, as the hotel has good potential.

Personnel très agréable mais les services

Tout le personnel était très sympathique et agréable.

Cons:

Je réserve une chambre qui en pleine canicule à une climatisation défectueuse. J’ai bien des disettes de café et de thé mais aucune bouilloire dans la chambre.
J’ai eu l’impression que le fait de réserver une chambre familiale ne nous permettait pas d’avoir les mêmes prestations que les autres.

Cons:

Hygiène moyenne (draps tachés) , pas de gel douche dans les bidons pourtant installés dans les douches , pas de bouteilles d'eau , à ce niveau de prix c'est inadmissible . Une heure d'attente pour un room service . Tout est moyen en fait !

On se retrouve avec une chambre à l intention d une autre personne avec une carte etc. Et un lit à étage. Wc non nettoyé !
J ai dû redescendre à la réception car limite c est moi qui ne savait pas ce que j avais réservé
On nous a mis dans 2 chambres. Personnel long à la réception.
Pas de savon ni shampoing dans la première chambre et un reste de savon nuxe dans l autre

Cons:

Aucune climatisation en pleine période de canicule, aucune solution apportée, explications oiseuses du type « vous avez 8 degrés de moins que dehors ça suffit à être dans la légalité » et ceci par directeur exploitation. Pas de climatisation le premier jour et le lendemain aucune solution non plus. Impossible pour moi de trouver autre logement car planning personnel trop serré.

La piscine sur le toit. La literie est confortable et les lits sont très grands.
Le personnel est très aimable.

Cons:

La climatisation n’est pas assez forte ni dans les chambres et encore pire dans les parties communes
