Perfect Hotel and Location
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful…clean and gorgeous. Location was perfect. One of our favorite was the bartender Agnes, she was absolutely amazing. Every night she put her heart into every drink and made our experience so relaxing after our fun days! Thank you!!!

Quiet hotel bar
Pros:

Agnes made us each a wonderful classic martini and manhattan. She was so friendly and welcoming. Just what we needed to wind down for the evening.

In all, not what you'd expect from a 4-5 star hotel
Pros:

nice room and good view, reasonable buffet breakfast, most staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Worst was a most unwelcoming receptionist/manager who rudely informed us that the room would not be ready until 3pm - fair enough but it was the way we were told. On the first night the large and excellent TV would only deliver scores of obscure channels on Sky, and nothing else. On the second and third nights the TV would not work at all. Requested attention never happened. On the second night the room was plunged into darkness. This was promptly rectified, but on the third night one bedside lamp would not work. On the first day the room was not serviced until 3pm, and then only after our complaint

Opened blinds to find the view was a wall. Not important as only staying 1 night.
