Great place to stay after a rare mums night out, and they even let us have an extra half hour lay in 🙂

Location and how close to Buckingham Palace. Little touches for my partners birthday like balloons free of charge, rose petals on bed in happy birthday message and chocolate cake.
Staff could have been friendlier at times.

Great location and very clean. Room was well appointed.
The receptionist was not very welcoming, he spoke much too quickly and barked at me that I needed photo ID to check in. I do not remember this being mentioned at any point in the booking process. As a UK citizen I do not understand why this was required, and the receptionist also did not explain why. Thankfully my partner had his driving licence with him. It was a very uncomfortable interaction and not a great start to our stay.
On the day of check out, we witnessed a member of staff being reprimanded for 5 minutes for being late. This was wholly inappropriate in the reception area.
The bed in our room was two singles that had been pushed together so it was not very comfortable.
Spacious room and having a balcony was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great buffet style breakfast.

The only thing I liked about the property is the location.
So outdated. Everything just felt old. I don’t know how to exactly explain it, but it just wasn’t that nice.
İn the reception the staff was really excellent. They helped us everything we need. İt was a pleasur.
Great location for sightseeing and shopping.
Front desk staff were borderline rude and didn’t make us feel welcome, rather like we were an inconvenience. The gym had broken machines so unable to use and then we had a some sort of electrical fault in one of the wall sockets which melted our phone charger and caused some smoke, very scary and we felt lucky to not have had an electric shock from it. According to the maintenance person this happens all the time.. again the front desk staff were not concerned nor asked about it afterwards.
Rooms were ok, although we booked two twin rooms and emailed the property beforehand, we got one twin and one double bedroom. After travelling all day we didn’t have the energy to change rooms anymore and luckily the kids were happy to share.
The bathroom was pretty tired and shower didn’t have a handheld attachment.
We didn’t try breakfast as it seemed a very high price.
