Lo que tuvimos un problema en el bar del lado de la playa con la mesera Robin esa señora es una mal educada poco profesional la actitud de ella es de lo peor no sabe lidiar con el público nos hacía falta una silla más para la mesa y cuando cogimos una que había sola esa señora apareció y rápido le quitó la silla de la mano a mi esposo y gritando todos nos quedamos en shock hasta el señor que nos iba atender se quedó que el pobre lo único que sabía decirnos es sorry que pena por lo pasado y le dijimos no señor usted no tiene culpa de las groserías de esa señora en fin ella debía estar en su casa y no atendiendo público .

Been there before, we'll come again, and making sure all my family gets to share in it.
Pros:

Your employees are exceptionable lead by an excellence leader Miss Devin. Love the location and how the bar and restaurant portions are right on the beach. None like it anywhere.

Cons:

Actually I did not find fault with anything. To me it's a five star

You can't sit where you want on the beach, it's blocked by huge cabanas that cost $100 a day. You get two chairs that have to go

Love Hollywood Beach Marriott!
Pros:

I really like Marriott brand hotels, but I LOVE the Hollywood Beach Marriott! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and was given a glass of champagne and offered snacks. Clean comfortable room and very comfortable beds (10/10). Very nice, clean bathroom, but I wish there was a shelf under the sink to put items (especially with two women in room). Also, no vent fan so glad I brought my portable countertop fan. Water pressure was great, but the shower head had a very wide spray so took longer to get shampoo out of hair. The balcony was small but nice to sit on and listen to the music from the Tiki bar next door. All the meals and drinks that we had at the restaurant Lattitudes were delicious.

The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. Towels were always available. Chairs at times hard to come by but could usually find at least one chair to put items on. The frozen smoothies at the towel hut were tasty. The hotel is right on the beach across the broadwalk where it was easy to get chairs on the beach (2 included in Destination Fee) and we also rented an umbrella for $20. The location on the Broadwalk was just a short walk to restaurants and shops. We didn't see this until our last evening, but there is a transit system called the Circuit for transportation in Hollywood if you don't have a car. There is a Circuit Ride app. Definitely would like to return one day.
