Little Rock Marriott

Convenient location in downtown Little Rock. Appreciated the M Lounge as many Marriott are phasing out the concierge lounges. Room was clean and well maintained but in need of a refresh. The lobby remodel looked to be recentish and presented well! Will definitely stay there again as my travels bring me back to Little Rock.

Excellent experience, great staff, nice hotel. I had groceries delivered ahead of my arrival and the front desk staff was awesome, they kept an eye out for it and put it to the side for when I arrived. I was delayed heading to the airport when leaving town and the manager for the valet company, I can't remember his name, took me to the airport himself ensuring that I made my flight, absolutely went above and beyond. Great customer experience, 10/10 would recommend.

Always a first class experience!

We stayed at this Marriott for the Masters Olympic Weightlifting Nationals. Very convenient for venue to be in same building att. To hotel. Local walkable to great eateries, restaurants. The restaurant food was great. Staff very accomodating, at times seemed short staffed but managers seemed to help on busy Evening. Staff at check in desk were very responsive as well.

I stayed here for a competition, the venue was right downstairs which was great. All the staff that I encountered were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Everyone nice, great hotel, only concern I would have is that your valet is overwhelmed at check in time, especially when there is an event nearby hotel. Maybe staff better to avoid bottlenecks.

Overall stay was good. Amenities were reasonable and cleanliness was as expected for a Marriott brand. At check-in however, my experience was not what I expected. The front desk personnel was not attentive nor gave me the normal courtesy a Marriott brand front desk would typically provide. It was a little disappointing.

We needed somewhere close to the Simmons Bank Arena for the Cody Johnson concert and found the Marriott. The location was great as it was only a mile away, the staff at the front desk was so welcoming and the valet parking guys were friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The on site gym they have is plenty big to get your workout in while being away from home. The service at the bar was great, drinks were a little high in my opinion. We ordered room service for breakfast and they were fantastic. Overall a 10 and would stay again. Thanks Little Rock for treating us out of town folks amazing and being so humble and kind!

My sister and i came down from Wichita Ks, for the USA Masters Weightlifting Competition. We stayed at the State Convention Center”Marriott. Are valet was Sa’eed. What a joy he was. Kind and respectful. And he needs a raise. Enjoyed our stay . Thank you, Wichita ks girls!!

The key to my rental car broke. It had been a problem all week. The silver piece that goes into the ignition kept getting disconnected from the rest of the fob.

Rey was able to repair the fob for me, and it was super helpful. He went above and beyond, and it made the entire week much easier.

All of the valet guys were super helpful. I’d definitely come back here again.

Beautiful room and amazing staff!

The doormen/bellboys were very helpful pointing us to local establishments. Same with the shuttle driver! Much appreciated!
