The front desk employee was nice, air conditioner worked well.
The room wasn't very clean, dirty or stained sheets, the bathtub/shower was leaking all night, the fixtures on the sink are new but somehow rusted, the mirror was old and filthy, very low lighting in the room. Did not feel like a proper Marriott at all ... side note: they are connected to a Starbucks and the next morning their espresso machine was down... not blaming Marriott, but bad experience on their joint property and advertisement campaign all over the hotel
This is a wonderful hotel. And the restaurant food was amazing. My compliments to the staff and the chef. He was absolutely incredible.

No vending machines or ability to purchase small goods (snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc.) past 10:00pm. Also, one light bulb by the bed did not work

The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel itself is beautiful but the parking was high ($32/night). My TV screen kept going black while I was watching it so that was a bummer, and even though Maintenance came and reset it, it still did not work. I would like some reward points for that inconvenience though. All in all, I had a great experience and it was my first time staying at a Marriott! I will be back! The Front Desk service was excellent even though they forgot to tell me about breakfast options; but, the gentlemen in the gift shop ignored me for a few minutes even as I stood at the counter to checkout. He finally asked was I ready, then proceeded to keep doing was he was doing even after I said I was ready.
Your valet parking is a disaster! Took 20 minutes to check in he car in on Friday afternoon and took 30 minutes to get my car on Sunday at 11am. I received no housekeeping service on Saturday even though I was out of the room from 10:30 until 5:00. When I ask the front desk about this upon checkout, I was told you have to request it. There was no mention of that at check-in orin the room. In the bathroom, there is a sign that says if you want fresh towels, leave the dirty ones on the floor, which presume will be means they will come in at at least give fresh towels.
Alex was our valet and was so helpful. Led us where to wait for our truck and helped with my bags.

The warm welcome from valet parking to the front desk made me truly feel welcomed. Room was very clean. I had a beautiful river view room! My visit back I will definitely be booking at the Little Rock Marriott!
