Little Rock Marriott

Marriot Downtown Little Rock is a great hotel. The valet (Rodriquez, Rey, and Charlitha) provided exceptional service - friendly, professional, and expedient.

Great location right on the River!! Good clean downtown area. Rooms were nice.

Loud room sue to a 1 inch gap leading to hallway and open-air to lobby below. Also was right next to the elevator. Requested form pillows but did not receive until went to front desk the second night

Rey and his valet team were outstanding! We were traveling with a large family, and they helped us get situated quickly and professionally. When my wife forgot items in the vehicle, Rey handled it immediately without hesitation. He made us feel welcomed and consistently addressed us by our last name, which was a great personal touch. Even with a large crowd waiting, he and his team managed everything calmly and efficiently. Excellent service!

Bed needs to be upgraded. Sinking down in the middle.
Food in the onsite restaurant is so so.

We had a long trip in with a uhall, amd john with the valet team was amazing. Helped us find parking and even gave us a ride back to hotel! A++ in service!

I really enjoyed my stay. Andrea, the manager was extremely helpful so were the other staff at the front desk. They were a great team. I would come back because of their hospitality.

This hotel was perfect for my race weekend. I wasn’t sure just how close I was going to be when I booked it. Once I arrived and saw how connected everything was I was ecstatic at how perfect it was. Besides being perfect for the race, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious, customer service was top notch, views were gorgeous, the restaurant in the hotel was great. Check in and out were a breeze, and the valet staff was also great. The hotel itself was also centrally located for sightseeing around Little Rock and very close to the airport. Should I ever find myself in Little Rock again I will definitely stay here.

Great showers and service. Valet messed up a couple of times even with big tips but they resolved it. Two ladybugs in my room but rest was awesome.

Right in the middle of everything, this hotel is a beautiful place to enjoy downtown Little Rock. Nicely appointed, good size rooms with wonderful views of the river and city if you're high enough. Contemporary bar & grill in the lobby serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Valet parking is available too. This hotel connects to the convention center making it convenient to get to and from events there without having to walk outside.

My recent stay at the Marriott in Downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, was great. I attended the Arkansas Governor's Conference on Tourism. The room was clean, the shower worked well, and the beds were comfortable. We had a view of the Arkansas River on the 12th floor.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
