I came to Paris to celebrate my birthday, and as always, the hotel team—especially Mr. Ibrahim—welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality.

When I entered my room, I was greeted with wonderful surprises: balloons, champagne, delicious cakes, and, above all, a heartfelt personalized birthday card. It is this attention to every little detail that makes every stay so special.

The hotel is immaculate, with a signature fragrance that is simply unforgettable from the moment you walk in.

Its location in the heart of Saint-Germain is perfect, surrounded by elegant boutiques, iconic cafés, and the unique Parisian style that only guests of Hotel Bel Ami truly get to experience and appreciate.

Hotel Bel Ami is much more than a place to stay—it is an experience of elegance, outstanding service, and a genuine feeling of being welcomed home. This is why I return time and time again.

Hôtel Bel Ami was the perfect central, safe, clean, and comfortable hotel for a stay in Paris. The location was excellent, and the hotel felt like a great base for exploring the city.

The food here was amazing, and I especially loved the club sandwich. Breakfast was also very nice, and the lobby had a pleasant sitting area that made the hotel feel welcoming and relaxed.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. We were there during a snowstorm, and when our flights home were cancelled, the team went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and safe. They allowed us a late checkout and offered to help with anything we needed, whether that meant extending our stay at the same rate, booking a cab, helping with train tickets, or simply making the situation easier.

The rooms are a perfectly fine size for Paris and were kept very clean. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here and would happily recommend Hôtel Bel Ami.

Beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. We had a great stay, the rooms were nice and spacious.
The breakfast was great and the bartenders were very friendly. The concierge was super helpful in helping plan some great meals

From the moment we arrived until our absolute last moment departing the team members at the hotel were amazing. Two of the concierges - Christophe + Hafedh ensured my daughter’s first trip to Paris was beyond amazing, with their kid friendly recs for dining and excursions. Raphael’s service at the restaurant and throughout our trip was exceptional. The room was perfect for the two of us and we cannot wait to come back again soon.

From the check-in, our very kind complimentary room upgrade, to the front desk staff being exceptionally helpful to extend our stay after our return train journey was cancelled for Tuesday evening. Everything about our stay was outstanding, thank you!

After more than a dozen stays in Paris, we’ve found the perfect hotel to celebrate our special anniversary. From the location to the atmosphere to the street views, contributed to the great vibe.Our room was beautifully decorated with balloons, flower petals on the bed & a large ribbon at the entry door. The staff were always smiling and accommodating. Mona Lisa in the dining room greeted us every morning with a big smile and the perfect cappuccinos. We like the hotel so much that we added an additional 3 days upon our return from San Sebastián, Patrick & Aicha upgrading us to a specious room.
Christopher the concierge with his assistant with his distinctive dark glasses recommended a great restaurant at Montparnasse. Upon checkout, Maxime ordered a great taxi driver named Dino who was very entertaining and played Aznavour music for us making the trip to CDG seem very short.
Thanks you all and we will be back. We already recommended your hotel to a couple who will be staying with you mid July for one week.

Great temperature in the hotel. Super healthy breakfast. Courtesy is in their DNA. From the housekeeping crew to the concierge to the front desk.

You can't get a better location, walkable to the Louvre, D'Orsay, and Notre Dame. Less than a block from Cafe de Flore and Les Deux Magots. Discreet service is impeccable: Professional, effective, efficient, caring and friendly. The main concierge M. Caruso, a member of the Clefs D'or concierge guild, was excellent and just being able to get his guidance is worth the stay. Their breakfast is simple but very high quality. The room was clean but not immaculate. The only small suggestion I would make are larger glass shower partitions to keep the water from splashing out and making puddles on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. If I come back to Paris, I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing service well located

Where spent nine nights at Hotel Bel Ami. This is a wonderful hotel located perfectly for exploring Paris. All of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The public spaces and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a deluxe room, which had plenty of space and a relatively large bathroom. Plenty of electric outlets throughout the room. Our bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
