Beach highlights
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay, and enjoyed a stunning sunset, the highlight was to be re-acquainted with Eddie at Coconut Charlie’s for breakfast. He is a total joy and gave us a great start to the day!

Location is great! Very clean and comfortable. Wish they had different chairs on the balconies as they aren’t made for people with wide hips. Overall great customer service and experience overall. Brandon was very helpful and kind.

Pros:

Immaculate rooms, and a delightful staff. Perfect beach bar. This property is hard to beat.

Cons:

Uh, the bartender at the inside Coconut Charlie’s had a poor attitude, but that’s not a Hilton problem.

An Excellent First Visit
Pros:

In no particular order- the staff is very professional, helpful and pleasant. We had breakfast twice at Coconut Charlie’s and it was very good and the service was outstanding. The room was large , clean and well decorated. The bedding was very nice and very comfortable.
Due to weather conditions we did not use the pool but it looked very nice . There is very convenient access to the beach. Parking is very convenient.
This hotel is an excellent value . We would definitely come here again.

All in all, we're happy with our stay.
Pros:

We like the free cabanas and 2 chairs at the beach and water dispensers at the lobby. The interior is clean and comfortable. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator.

Cons:

The shower pressure is weak and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We can get the beach towels from the lobby or the pool. But when we returned the used towels and wanted to exchange them for new towels at the pool, the staff did not honor our request. In the morning, there were no staff at the pool to hand out towels until 10am. So we went to the front desk to get new towels without old towels to give them.
