Very nice hotel to stay at, much better than we expected for a 3star hotel. Good value.
Pros:

The Tiki bar close by, very nice service there and always felt very welcome. The swimming pool was also very nice and the Beach extraordinary nice. We liked it a lot.

Cons:

We had to wait longer than should be needed to for the breakfast to be served. It was very good and nice to be there but the waiting for service were longer than we like.

Cons:

Being surcharged to park car in hotel car parking. Not being supplied with hearing protection at the on site eatery Coconut Charlie’s, the noise was incredible. Pool seating had you sitting that close to each other you would be just as easy sit on their laps

Nice enough but everything is an extra, so look out.
Pros:

Nice room, within kicking distance of St. Pete’s beach. Facilities all good and felt clean. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

Cons:

Getting nailed for $25 to park in the hotel car park overnight - nothing mentioned about this when I booked. Reception forgetting our breakfast booking and having to figure it all out at the adjoining restaurant with tokens and a phaff. Breakfast included, service charge not. Lookout for the constant upsell at this hotel - even a bottle of water in the room was a $7 charge for 750ml!

Pros:

Me encantó el excelente servicio al cliente, son muy amables y serviciales. Ya es la tercera vez que me hospedo y es realmente increíble, tiene además deliciosa comida y la playa es preciosa. Es un paraíso al que siempre quiero regresar.

Great strong 4 star hotel. Perfect for families and friends company
Pros:

The hotel overall is great. First and the most important is the staff. Extremely positive and professional administrator Brandan, knowledgeable and helpful girls behind the counter, very polite and kind waitress/waiters. (Hi Missy!)
Second: cleanness - no questions at all
Third: location is on the beach. The bar is close to the beach. 7/11 is across the street, alcomarket - 15 min walking distance, pizza, Thai and bbq restaurant are close enough.
Fourth: water: good for families and kids. The sandy beach is great, clean and wide, shallow from the very beginning and deep enough after. The pool is small but well organized and clean (and next to bar)
Fifth: the food: breakfast is included. The breakfast is good, basic, not really different from standard continental one. But I would add more options
