Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach, FL

The location was good however beach towels and pool service was slow. ifficult to get a pool lounge and the restaurant service uneven. some staff good others rude.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach. The hotel truly went above and beyond.

Check-in was very fast, and we were able to access our room about an hour earlier, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt new, with modern and tasteful decor.

The pool area is very nice, and the beach access is extremely convenient. We also had breakfast there for two days—everything was freshly made to order and absolutely delicious.

A very convenient bonus was the guest laundry room (coin-operated), which was clean and easy to use—perfect for longer stays.

What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with—from the front desk to the pool and restaurant team—was outstanding: warm, proactive, and extremely well-trained.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for one more night. We booked through Booking.com and contacted the hotel to stay in the same room—they responded within minutes and handled everything smoothly.

Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

5/5 experience. It started with arriving late and Jay in the lobby with an extremely welcoming personality. The staff and the restaurant servers have been exceptional! Jay in particular at the lobby desk has been kind, helpful, and professional. I love staying Hilton and would highly recommend the Hilton Garden on St. Pete’s beach!

I have stayed at almost all the hotels on St Pete Beach (except the Pink Castle) and this one is my favorite! The rooms are in pristine condition, the facilities are top notch, check in process was so smooth and the employees are extra friendly. Coconut Charlies is a blast. Love the live music. The pool attendant is kind and the pool is clean. The location near many of the other venues with live music and good food is convenient. It may cost a little more to stay here, but it’s true- you get what you pay for. In my opinion, it’s well worth

It’s beautiful. Location is good. If you pay for oceanfront, it’s very nice. Staff was great helped me with a lot of things.

I really love this hotel and would give it 5 stars except they have ducks swimming in the pool and nobody seems to care how gross that is. It seems like it is something that shoyld be stopped. Other than that its a great place to stay. The location and accommodations are excellent.

Wonderful stay on beautiful St Pete Beach. Sophia at check-in, Johnny (restaurant) and the entire staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! The building and grounds are meticulous and both onsite restaurants were very enjoyable. Great location for walking to other options, as well. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is centrally located near several good restaurants nearby. . The street is busy but walkable. There is a pool and access to the beach which is lovely. Unfortunately the weather was cool (even cold), so we couldn’t take advantage of it. We had breakfast one day at the onsite restaurant which was very good. Front desk was friendly and nice. The room and the hotel were clean. We had a room on the second floor facing the pool. With the weather, we didn’t hear much noise, but it may be different in warm weather. We also had a small balcony. Onsite parking for $25 per day. Park yourself. Overall it was a good choice and we were pleased with it.

This was our first time staying on the beach side of Saint Petersburg. We decided to stay at this hotel because of the decent reviews. Most of the reviews were pretty spot on. It was clean, reasonably priced, and moderately updated. The lobby was not as warm and welcoming as other Hilton chains. The staff were not overly friendly. However, they were cordial. I can say the parking is a bit of a conundrum. You will need to use your room key for entrance in and out of the lot. It can also be a tad challenging exiting as well as entering the parking lot as it is on a major road with plenty of traffic. The rules were spacious. We found the balcony rather small. Could only accommodate 2 people, maybe 3 average size adults. As stated, the hotel is in feet from the beach with easy access. Would definitely stay here again.
