Pros:

Clean and updated rooms, bathroom was nice and had great lighting for getting ready. The bar/restaurant on the beach was perfect. Beautiful beach was steps away which was exactly the goal. Checking in was easy and the staff was very nice, we even got a welcome cocktail which was delicious and tasted like vacation.

Pros:

The staff was really helpful and friendly. I left my sunglasses at the Tiki Bar. Went back the next morning and they had them, safely behind the bar.

A beautiful beachfront stay with excellent service, location and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Easy access to both the pool and the beach made our stay incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront and just a short drive from popular areas like Clearwater and St. Petersburg. There’s also a Dunkin’ right across the street, which was very convenient.

Breakfast was outstanding—made to order, quick, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and proactive in making sure everything was perfect. Even if something hadn’t been, their level of service would have more than made up for it.

Cons:

Beach cabanas and chairs are available but come at an additional cost, which was disappointing. We had expected them to be complimentary for hotel guests, especially given the beachfront setting.
That said, it’s optional. Since we were planning to visit other beaches and only spent about 45 minutes at the hotel’s beach area, we chose not to rent them.

Good location small property but in need of service improvements (both restaurants and housekeeping)
Pros:

The location was good however beach towels and pool service was slow. ifficult to get a pool lounge and the restaurant service uneven. some staff good others rude.

Cons:

The housekeeping was very uneven some days very difficult to even get fresh towels and although we didn't get daily linen changes the trash was not removed on a daily basis and overflowing even upon request

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach. The hotel truly went above and beyond.

Check-in was very fast, and we were able to access our room about an hour earlier, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt new, with modern and tasteful decor.

The pool area is very nice, and the beach access is extremely convenient. We also had breakfast there for two days—everything was freshly made to order and absolutely delicious.

A very convenient bonus was the guest laundry room (coin-operated), which was clean and easy to use—perfect for longer stays.

What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with—from the front desk to the pool and restaurant team—was outstanding: warm, proactive, and extremely well-trained.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for one more night. We booked through Booking.com and contacted the hotel to stay in the same room—they responded within minutes and handled everything smoothly.

Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

Exceptional stay at Hilton Garden
Pros:

5/5 experience. It started with arriving late and Jay in the lobby with an extremely welcoming personality. The staff and the restaurant servers have been exceptional! Jay in particular at the lobby desk has been kind, helpful, and professional. I love staying Hilton and would highly recommend the Hilton Garden on St. Pete’s beach!
