Everything. Paid for a reservation was denied a room everything was an issue for the staff poor attitudes poor facility poor cleanliness. Didn't even get to stay there and don't get my money back either

Staff literally spoke to guests (including myself) as if they were forced to work against their will. Staff member disrespected me over remote control that didn’t work and told me “this conversation is over” after saying that he had a masters on mechanical engineering yet working here. I requested room service for 2 days straight and it never happened, no water for a day… charged $8 a day for parking!
