CRIME SCENE
Pros:

Nothing this place was disgusting. Prostitutes and drug dealers in the parking lot. Trash cans overflowing and garbage blowing around everything. We couldn't believe that such a place was even advertised on booking.com. we tried to cancel our booking but the guy at the front desk was so rude and just didn't care about the condition of the facility or safety of the guest. Tried to cancel online and was told I missed the 2pm cut off time( it was 2:11 when I got on the site) Needless to say we did not stay and did not get a refund. This is the first time I haven't bought the extra insurance. Lessons Learned...

The FACT that Booking.com would list such a place on their site.

Better than walking the streets' as a totally and permanently disabled middle aged veteran.
Pros:

If whoever reads this was every on active duty regular component military service or lived in a college dorm will understand why I refuse to crap talk the Red Roof Inn Company.
Given my current circumstance's and situation, very fortunate to have shelter instead of paying a "homeless 'shelter'."

Cons:

The LLC that owns the specific Red Roof Inn Franchise I stayed at should get the parent company to SECURE FINANCING AND GOOD DEBT(S)' FOR REMODILING AND SECURED COLLATERALIZED CASH FLOW.

I would love my money back
Pros:

The door locks lol

Cons:

The covers did not look clean, like make up was on it... There were burns in the covers. Our bathroom sink was clogged.. tissues on the floor under the bed. We weren't to get snacks from the vending machine and there were like 3 things, I'm sure all expired lol

Nice easy stay
Pros:

It was very clean, there was a balcony. Parking and finding the place was very easy. You also can mirror your phone from the TV if you have an app.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk seemed kind of rude. There were a couple of stains on the top comforter. But then that clean.

Do yourself a favor -- stay elsewhere, even if somewhat more expensive.
Pros:

Price was cheaper than most but NO VALUE for money, being dirty and smoke-ridden. Location quiet. Shower had good water pressure.

Cons:

Checking in, I had to look at 5 rooms before they could give me one that was clean and the refrigerator worked. The room window opened only with great force and despite no smoking signs everywhere, there was a disgusting amount of weed and cigarette smoke odor. Hallway was noisy with people talking and smoking late into the night. I have traveled around a lot and am used to all kinds of accommodations and have never complained. Awful experience.

Das Terrassenfenster war undicht bei Minus Temperaturen, daher wurde das Zimmer nicht richtig warm. Liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, sehr laut. Handtücher waren nicht sauber.

The room smelled so bad it's was dirty the toilet was so low to the ground I didn't sleep under the cover I had to go to my car to get a blanket I carry with me it's was hair everywhere spiders in the shower in the morning I just got up and out went to the truck stop to clean myself up for the day until I was able to check into a better hotel and at a low price I dont recommend this hotel to no one I wish I took pictures I was just trying to get the hell outta there

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent location to shops and food!

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable and bedding was disgusting had to ask for new sheets. Luckily I always bring my own pillow and blanket with me. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Toilet was dirty and I dropped something next to the bed had to move the night stand found cigarette ashes and nut shells on the floor.
