Check in was fast, very affordable for a quick trip to Niagara Falls.

The room smelled so bad it's was dirty the toilet was so low to the ground I didn't sleep under the cover I had to go to my car to get a blanket I carry with me it's was hair everywhere spiders in the shower in the morning I just got up and out went to the truck stop to clean myself up for the day until I was able to check into a better hotel and at a low price I dont recommend this hotel to no one I wish I took pictures I was just trying to get the hell outta there

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent location to shops and food!

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable and bedding was disgusting had to ask for new sheets. Luckily I always bring my own pillow and blanket with me. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Toilet was dirty and I dropped something next to the bed had to move the night stand found cigarette ashes and nut shells on the floor.

Fridge handle sticky.
No nobs on dresser.
No top sheet just a hot blanket.
Sliding door glass filthy!
Outside door not locked anyone off the street could walk in.
Tub water brown.
Stains on wall & bedspread.
Hardly any snacks in vending machine.
Front staff not very friendly
Felt very unsafe

Pros:

Value for money. Standard inn quality of rooms and maintenance.
My room allotted was not cleaned but the staff gave me a fresh room but with no apologies on the wrong allocation.
Parking space and dining options are great.
