To small to walk my dog

The restaurants were terrible.

It has a pool, and it has everything you need.
I was put on the “no rent” list, because I asked an employee “what they’re doing later”, and they were uncomfortable.
Everything about this place was good. Location right off the highway, near places to shop and places to eat.

It was a nice hotel and a comfortable room. The facilities could use a more thorough cleaning and attention to details (bottom bedsheet was on inside out; the tv remote was missing upon my arrival; there were used coffee or tea packets, along with a lot of other dirt and trash, behind the stand; the walls - mirrors - counters - sink faucets had visible marks and stains that would most likely wipe off fairly easily; there were no towels in the pool area, etc.) but it was still a nice night away. I liked the pool area and the option of two different hot tubs was nice.
Cleanliness needs to be addressed and completed more thoroughly. There were lots of people using the pool facilities, which included a lot of younger kids and children, creating a very loud and rowdy area. I didn’t like the running and jumping into the pool, and the hot tub jets didn’t work.

When Dawn got to the room, the key didn't work. Desk person went with her and determined there must be a problem with electronic. Gave us a new room. It that room tv controls wouldn't work so we couldn't use our media devices on TV. Then in the middle of the night the heater started making rattling noises that woke us both. So I shut it off. Then had to turn it back on when the room got cold again. So we didn't sleep well at all. Because we didn't sleep well Dawn asked for a later check out and was refused. When she told the front desk about the issue they kind of blew her off with oh thanks for telling us bye. This was an anniversary date that the stay ruined.
