I liked the location and the facilities.. the Tv was good although no NBC ( might be a satellite issue not a hotel issue )
The toilet seat would not stay up .. dogs barking on the weekend ..pool down the first three days of stay . No free breakfast.. the restaurant attached had horrible service and poor food .
Customer service was excellent! Jim is awesome, he helped us with our son. When we go to Maine we'd stay bc of that type of Customer Service.
Right off the highway, included parking and less than 20 min by car from downtown Portland. Very clean and nice room.
I love how close it is to shopping and eating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable. The room is clean and welcoming.
The shower could’ve been more clean. There was a hair on one of the hand towels that wasn’t ours. In the hallway it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana in there room.
The hotel smelled and it felt dirty. It is also directly across from a strip club.
That we really did not have to leave. We could have breakfast and lunch and then we could have dinner and never have to leave.

It was clean quiet and comfortable
Breakfast was not included.
Very kind and professional staff. Courteous and helpful. Nice room, well laid out.
The restaurant called Zero. At 4:30 PM, half an hour after opening, there was nobody there except an employee wiping tables. It has an interesting theme, and supposedly helps rescue dogs, but I felt decidedly put off by the lack of ANY other customers. Table wiper said they were in back playing pool, that I could join them. I came to eat, not play pool. I went across town to the Great Lost Bear, worth the trip in the rain and using my wheelchair. Whoever is running this restaurant needs to be ready to cook and serve meals when they open, or get another job. The place really is a Zero
Bed was comfortable and room had what we needed
bit of a smell
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were well marked and easily accessible such as the pool and attached restaurants.
Tub was extremely slow to drain so we had a long wait between showers when getting ready. Found a few items left from a previous occupant as well as a plastic bag over one of the smoke alarms.
There was noting good.
There was a strong smell of marijuana in the elevators and hallways, and the cleanliness was poor.
When booking the hotel, I reserved a "double room" with a double Bed; however, upon arriving at the hotel and checking the room, I discovered it was not a standard double room but merely a room containing a single double bed.
As a result, four adults could not sleep together in the room, forcing me to pay an additional $167.00 to book a second room.
Booking.com has a responsibility to provide accurate descriptions and guidance when accepting reservations.
Both I and other guests would have no choice but to view this type of booking practice as fraudulent.
As a result, this trip turned out to be a thoroughly unpleasant experience, and I will not be making any further travel bookings through Booking.com.
