Very nice clean quiet
Pros:

The attendants were very efficient. The designated breakfast area is quite small & difficult to maneuver.

Cons:

The tub would be much safer with grabbers & non skid surfaces. Better yet remove tube & have walk in shower.

Fairly priced hotel outside of the University of Michigan campus.
Pros:

The atmosphere of the place is very old-fashioned. The pool and game room is very unique.

Cons:

The A/C wasn’t blowing all the way in the room, but still the room was cool at night.

Pros:

Great location and amenities (kids loved the game area), rooms are very clean, staff is friendly. However, the breakfast area is way too small. They have a gym and my teenager wanted to use it, but he tried several times , and every time there was the same barefoot guy either sitting on the floor eating food (a meal) or lying on the floor doing nothing. This made my kid uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The front desk said there was no rule against having food in the gym which surprised me.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Great experience!! The hot tub in the room worked fabulous! The room was clean everything worked well had no complaints. The breakfast was delicious! Biscuits and gravy on a weekday with sausage potatoes and an omelette was a treat considering most hotels only do that on the weekends. All of the staff was extremely helpful. The pool and the hot tub were clean and beautiful. The grounds are beautifully kept up on. The location is perfect. Guaranteed if you need something it's within a 5-minute Drive. All of the cool stuff to do is within a 15 minute drive of the hotel. All in all this has to be one of the best affordable Jacuzzi room s we've been to. We will most definitely be back again!!

Good value for family
Pros:

Loved the indoor pool area and game room. Location was in perfect proximity to UMich. Beautiful landscaping. Nice proximity to family restaurants. The value for my family was good.

Cons:

Hotel had a dated interior and mattress was tired.
