I stayed at this location on 02/07 for one night. I was originally scheduled to fly in on Friday, but my flight was canceled. I contacted the hotel and they accommodated me by adjusting my room, w/out cancelling my entire reservation. The staff were friendly & the location is excellent.

Heater stopped working around. 12 midnight on our 2nd night. Maintenance wasn’t available until 7:30am. But we had to checkout at 8:30
No sincere apology.

What a hidden gem in downtown Los Angeles! I attend events frequently at the Biltmore Hotel, but I much prefer to stay at Hilton Checkers. It’s right across the street from the Biltmore, Pershing Square, and there are great restaurants and bars right around the corner- so it’s a very convenient location. The rooms have been renovated within the last 10 years, so it’s always a clean and comfortable stay. I’ll admit the parking situation isn’t great (you have to valet, and the valet team could use some improvement in efficiency), but that can’t be helped much when staying downtown. The food in the 1927 restaurant is very tasty, and throughout my multiple stays I’ve had warm and friendly encounters with the hotel staff. An excellent hotel if you need to stay downtown!

Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The downtown LA location is prime—close to everything and very convenient. A wonderful place to stay. Breakfast included !

Had to leave early. They said talk to booking about compensation. Booking said Hilton had to authorize and they would not do so. $830.00 for 16 hours. Completely unwilling to do anything to assist.

In the Business District but easy to get around by Metro, Uber or Waymu.

Could do with providing a smoking area as you have to hang out on the street with all the hobos.

Coffee maker in the room which was good.

Use your $10 allowance for sweets and drinks from the mini-shop in reception.

I stay here pretty regularly because I travel to downtown LA for work. The rooms are quieter than the standard downtown LA hotels and the staff is always friendly. That said the standard rooms can be ridiculously tiny and are definitely not set up for work. I might be willing to forgive that but their fees are why I am not giving a better rating. Having a $10 food and beverage credit is ridiculous when the cheapest item on the breakfast menu Is $22. And how many people are using a dry cleaning credit? Just increase the room rates and stop being cute.

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und vermittelt bereits beim Betreten der Lobby einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch der angenehme Duft im ganzen Haus trägt zu einem positiven ersten Eindruck bei.

Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her absolut in Ordnung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst bequeme Bett – ich habe wirklich sehr gut geschlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Praktisch ist, dass Shampoo, Lotion und Conditioner bereitgestellt werden. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht.

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, da es im Nachhinein recht teuer wirkte. Daher kann ich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Positiv ist außerdem der vorhandene Fitnessbereich.

Als nette Aufmerksamkeit erhält man beim Check-in zwei Flaschen Wasser, was ich sehr angenehm fand.

Für Reisende mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Hotel gut angebunden. Vom Flughafen aus ist es relativ leicht zu erreichen – man muss lediglich zweimal umsteigen, und direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus kommt man auch problemlos wieder zurück zum Flughafen.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Komfort.

Visit was pretty good, the staff were really nice, helpful and always available. Specially, Theresa, was wonderful and helped me out whenever I needed help! Room was wonderful too. Clean, quiet, and everything worked!
