Juliana and Cynthia at the front desk were great!

We came down from Chicago to visit our wedding venue and this was the closest Hotel and we were so pleasantly surprised how many of the staff were so attentive to us as a guest. I want to point out a few of the staff that went out of there way to make our stay even better.
Jolene , Erta and Tasha all deserve a compliment on there hospitality skills👍

We truly enjoyed our stay here! For picking our room, I used the advice from another review which came in handy. Per that review, odd-numbered rooms are on the pool-side and even-numbered face the parking lot. The higher the numbers, the closer you are to the water. The hotel is rather long, so lower numbered rooms are quite a way from the water. We enjoyed our room, #146, which was the 2nd room from the end. We could just go out the end exit door or our patio door and be at the water in seconds. Since we had an even numbered room, we didn’t have a great view – looked at the fitness center building, but we didn’t care. We were right by our car for easy loading and we spent our time out back by the water, not on our patio. We enjoyed kayaking although the walk to get/return the paddles & life jackets at the front desk was quite inconvenient. We enjoyed paddling along the shore and even saw manatee. We then floated in the water out back – right next to manatees! The water was very calm there even though it was quite windy. We also enjoyed the tiki bar with very reasonable prices and yummy drinks. The highlight was the sunset that night. You can lay back in lounge chairs and enjoy the perfect view of a sunset right here. The people next to us were fishing and seemed to be catching quite a few things. The pool looked nice, but we honestly never even used it because we were busy enjoying everything else. The fitness center looked well equipped although I must admit we didn’t use it. The room itself was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit tight but we made it work. We saw evidence of construction, but it was nowhere near our room and it was well contained so that it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the hotel. Plus, the price was very reasonable compared to lodging nearby. Overall, we recommend staying here!

Loved the beach area and breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

This place was truly amazing. I had no issues with anyone there and the service was superb. I want to say a special thank you to the staff who were just great people overall! O'Lyria, Erta, Juliana, Carina, Nicole, Gigi, Norma, and Christina. The hotel staff, front counter, room service, breakfast team, and even the bar tender out back. Thank you all for making me and my wife's stay truly amazing!!

schöner kleiner Strand. Frischer Kaffee jederzeit an der Rezeption. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren gut, sehr schön auch eine Hotelbibel im Nachttisch zu finden

This is an old property that was a gem back in its day. Great location, but the staff is trying to make the best of a sinking ship. Our first room smelled off so they moved us to another. Ok, but the dry wall was still damaged and the a/c and heat was not controllable. The pillows were old and compressed. They charged over $450 for one night, and I don’t mind paying if it’s nice, but this was a $60 room at best. We always stay at Hamptons and this one was the worse ever. We won’t be back. Kudos to the front desk for trying.

The staff are wonderful, Erta, Juliana, Cynthia,Tasha, all super helpful! Nothing was too much trouble, thank you for making our holiday memories so special! The location was great, only a little over an hour from Miami! The pool was so warm and the private beach just perfect along with the very quaint Tikki bar! Oh and the breakfast every morning was the best!!! I even learnt how to make waffles! :)

Beautiful property. Nice beach and pool. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful.

The staff were all so nice and friendly and welcoming. Especially Erta at the front desk!

Esta muy bien situado, con una pequeña playa privada ideal para ver amanecer (pero no me bañaría en ella). Dispone de fregadero y microondas si quieres cocinar algo.

Die Lage ist fantastisch mit eigener Bar und eigenem Strand. Vom Strand aus haben wir einen Delphin gesehen und ein Manati. Auch das Frühstück war gut!
