We only stayed one night. So we may have moved on. Not what I imagined a hotel in the keys I really would not want to sp
Pros:

The breakfast was very good many choices and was kept nicely by the attendant and lots of space to sit down and eat.The pool area was very nice. The area around the hotel-was nice -vegetation etc the front desk staff was nice and the men working around the halls and grounds were pleasant.

Cons:

The location not much going on. The bartender could smile once in awhile. The rooms could use updating. The chair has been around a long time ( needs to be replaced) and the hallway had an odor possibly from the dogs( even though there was a deodorizer). I had asked when I booked to get a room that didn’t allow pets )

30th wedding anniversary trip
Pros:

Reserved this hotel to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary. We reserved 5 rooms and it was one of the best and relaxing vacations I've had in a while! Jolayne & Erta provided an A+ experience from check in to check out! They were able to keep all rooms and the same floor and just a few doors down from each other! The newly renovated rooms were awesome and spacious! The breakfast was good with many options! Plenty of restaurants and activities very close to the hotel. Parking lot was well lit and safe. The pool and the tiki bar was a great experience!

I will not recommend this Hampton Inn., Key Largo to anyone.
Pros:

The room was very dusty. The toilet had a black rim.
The bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The outside area where the Tiki Bar was disgusting. There was no music in this area. It should have a fire pit for the mosquitoes.
The pool and beach towels were clean.
All the staff was very nice and helpful.

So disappointing. We went for our wedding anniversary and will never ever go back.

The room: the wall was cracked, the bottom of the bathroom door had the paint peeled off, the coffee table was old and had peeled painting, the fridge door was scraping the floor, the sliding door didn’t lock properly, the landscaping was non existent, and no apology from management. Terrible experience. We left early.

Won’t recommend and won’t ever stay there again

The outside grounds were decent

Cons:

Well- it was outdated the room smelled absolutely disgusting like musty old cigarettes. Additionally, upon booking my room they never told me that there construction going on INSIDE the hotel. My luck- it was the room next to me. The noise was obnoxious, and the hallways were full of Sheetrock and dust and tools. While I completely understand that construction needs to happen, perhaps mentioning that to customers would be a great idea.

Was happy to be there only 1 night
Pros:

Pool and little beach were good

Cons:

Poorly maintained room with peeling paint. Rooms were not very clean e.g. headboard was very dusty.

Cons:

This property is being renovated (without notice) while guests are next to the rooms being renovated. Hallways full of drywall dust, dumpsters throughout parking lot.

Had a great time
Pros:

First of all after a long drive it was very nice to have a welcoming face.Erta was so helpful since we had booked two nights separately. She put it together for us and seem to really care about our stay. The pool is great. The view is wonderful. Rooms were clean and a pretty decent size would definitely stay here again.

Lovely beachside spot with some lovely bars & restaurants around
Pros:

Loved that it is next to a little beach. Went swimming with manatees which was so amazing and unexpected!!

Cons:

Noisy from getting a refurb but that’s to be expected. There were no moveable umbrellas at the pool. We couldn’t get any shade there except the little table & chairs in the corners
