Cleanliness
7.7
Multiple guests describe rooms and bathrooms as clean and even 'spotless', but one suite had a roach infestation that required a midnight room move — overall mixed but generally positive.
Service
8.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; several guests praised the people working there and the service at breakfast.
Location
7.2
Convenient for the hospital (positive), but several guests noted a 'dodgy' feel, rough parking and concerns about safety — mixed location sentiment.
Room Quality
6.6
Multiple issues reported: small rooms for larger parties, thin walls/noise from groups, a hard-to-open door, and incidents of no hot water and a roach — overall below average.
Amenities
8.8
Positive mentions of free breakfast, a pool used by families and a pancake machine; amenities seen as a strong value add.
Value for Money
8.6
Several reviewers explicitly called the stay a good or great value for the rate and said the price was good for what was offered.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast frequently described as good or great for a free hotel breakfast; food described as appropriate for the price.
Overall Experience
7.3
Most guests found stays quiet, comfortable and pleasant with good value, but notable negatives (noise, room issues, a roach incident) reduce the overall score slightly.

My stay at Comfort Inn was quiet, comfortable and pleasant. I will go back.
Pros:

The room was clean which made it all the more inviting. Bathroom -- spotless.

Cons:

While I am familiar with the area (I work at the hospital), the parking area is "rough".
