Not very good! Would never stay here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was only fair! I have had much better ones at other hotels!

Cons:

Breakfast not really great! The closet was sooooo small! Couldn’t even hang my clothes in it! Ridiculous! Got a call saying they were having trouble with the internet! I told him I don’t even use it! Started asking me all these questions about billing so needed my credit card info! Told him I was checking out and had to catch a plane but he just didn’t listen to me! I was soooo frustrated with him! I am 84 and really didn’t need this kind of treatment! Would never stay here again!!!!! Never replaced the dirty towels until I tracked the maid down in the corridor! Told her I needed more tissues and NEVER got them!

Not sure I like Spark
Pros:

The location was good. The hotel was clean. The employees were nice.

Cons:

When we first walked into the room, we heard a loud, constant, screechy whistle.
We shut off the air, the TV, still heard it. Its the fridge..so i opened the door to turn it off, and was hit with a terrible chemical smell. After turning it off, we went out to eat, and when we came back, the fridge was leaking water across the floor. I called the desk, let them know and asked for more towels as we needed to sop up water. She said she would leave a note for the maintenance manager to look at fridge in the morning. Turns out the fridge kicks back on, the whistle starts again, numerous times. A bit frustrating to deal with.

Pros:

The property was clean and the staff was professional and pleasant! During the early morning of our check out day there was an employee that alerted our rooms to one of our family members who was in medical distress in the lobby.
