Everything! I stay at the property every time I come into town!

The beds were comfy. The room was clean.
The outside could be better, shrubs and stuff.
The hotel was very disappointing. There were roaches in the room, and both the rooms and stairwells smelled strongly of mold. The sinks and bathtub drained very slowly, making it clear that the property was not well maintained.
The accessible side entrance was also unsafe. Water was dripping from the air conditioning units directly onto guests as they entered, and the water was being tracked through the common walkways without any cleanup, creating a potential slip hazard.
When these issues were reported, the only response I received was, "Sorry, we'll let management know." No effort was made to address the problems during my stay or offer any form of compensation or accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
First I was visiting Concord for a dog show. I cannot even put into words how amazing the staff and customer service was in getting me booked last minute into a room. So grateful for the nighttime representative. She was very professional, sweet and someone I felt like I have known forever! Will book again next year.
Clean, spacious room. Staff was kind.
Nowhere to sit and enjoy the outside except in the back enclosed area by the pool. Breakfast was horrible. Offered Little to nothing. Lots of shady characters walking around within the area.
Beds were 10 out ot 10. Best we have had at a hotel. Room was nice and very neat and clean.
The bathroom door would not fully close. The air-conditioning unit made noise that made it hard to stay asleep.
Everyone was super friendly and accommodating when needed. The space was modern and bright. Outdoor space was just as nice as the inside.
There were a few things missed during the cleaning before we checked in (Bobby pins on the bathroom floor for example) but overall it was a really great room and hotel in general.
