Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

Breakfast needs more options. Hallways need a little more updating. Have to turn on every light in the room for good lighting

It was a good stay. It was our third time using this particular hotel. Will reconsider staying there again.
Pros:

The hotel was very convenient for our stay. The bed was comfortable. I felt the staff were very pleasant and made you feel welcome.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. It consisted of bagels, cereal and some yogurt. The faucet in the bathroom dripped.

Pros:

Front desk was really nice. Elevator was down due to just installed new one and DHEC hadn't signed off on it yet. I had a lady with my me that I was worried at first wouldn't be able to do 3 flights stairs.
Front desk was nice enough to give us room right at top of stairs so she could get up stairs and straight to room. But 1st they offered me my money back with no cancelation fee due to this if we wanted. My friend said she could do it so we stayed.
The front desk did everything to make that easier for us.

It was close to store and a big hallway

Cons:

The breakfast wast breakfast at all, it was more like grab and go, they only have bagels, cereal, yogurt and boiling egg, also they mix the oranges juice with water.

The coffee at night is super cold and there was nobody in the front lobby to ask them to make fresh.

The elevator was broken so we have to take stairs from the 4 floor with the all of are bags and a toddler not fun at all.

Elevators out of service the whole trip
Pros:

For this to be a Hilton property this is not what I expect of Hilton quality. How are the elevators out of commission the entire stay? Having to take luggage to the 4th floor is not expected when you are on vacation. The hotel doesn’t seem to be undergoing any construction.

The welcome bags also leave a lot to be desired a Walmart granola bar with Walmart water another thing that is below Hilton standards.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable but with the elevator out of order and breakfast which I didn’t bother with which was bagel and juice is something on the standards of a motel 6 or econo lodge located next door.

Make sure the Elevators work before you book!
Pros:

I arrived after traveling all day only to be walking 80 steps up to the fourth floor to my room with luggage to repeat with 2 trips up and down because the Elevators did Not work! Disappointed to say the least. Did not even eat the free breakfast because I didn't want to take the stairs up and down then to repeat when checking out. It was too much work to have a place to relax at after a long trip. One thing to mention the bed was good. The room was clean.

This hotel was outdated and not cleaned properly.
Pros:

It had a microwave.

Cons:

This was a very disappointing stay. The washcloths were dirty, the shower head was broken, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The elevator was also out of service, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel looks nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. I have no intention of returning.
