Pros:

Friendly, accommodating staff.

Cons:

Many rooms on our corridor were used as dormitories for nearby U of Maine students. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but it definitely changes the vibe: I was awakened by college kids having harmless fun at 3:20 a.m. I might not have booked the room if I knew I would be going back for a college refresher course.
