Manager and the staff were excellent!
Pros:

The Staff, the manager and the cleaning crew, etc. were the best!! VERY Polite and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel itself just needs updated. Price was excellent though.

My wife and I ended up leaving the facility @ 3:00 a.m. after discovering cockroaches in bedside tab

Location of facility easily highway accessible.

Cons:

Facility smelled 'musty', carpet was grungy, bed was uncomfortable and sagging into the middle, cockroaches found in bedside table, black mold in seams of shower surround, tub drain disassembled and universal tv remote non-functional. There were several 'ladies' in parking lot which were constantly walking past the room's window during the night talking loudly. Front desk was unresponsive to being made aware of these circumstances.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Hotel is run down. Not as advertised online. No breakfast we were told due to renovations. Did not look like any work being done. No shower curtain rod in bathroom, staff was unconcerned. Specifically asked about ice machine and was told they have one. Staff didn’t bother to tell us only one of the four machines functional.

An inexpensive place to stay while driving along I80.
Pros:

We slept well on the comfortable bed in a quite room.
Supplies in the room were minimal (eg little creamer for our morning coffee ), but more were provided upon request.
Good attention to security ( T. was met when he came in the back door , and politely confirmed that he was a registered guest)

Cons:

The advertised breakfast did not exist, and should be removed from the listing.
The place would benefit from better cleaning.

I've stayed here 8X before but after being overcharged, I will NEVER stay there again !!!!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and very quiet and that's all.

Cons:

Overcharged for the room after front desk told me everything was fine and I didn't need to do anything else......Room keys constantly didn't work, not enough towels, burned out lights in room, freezing in the hallways.

Staff was not.friendly or helpful, all the smoke detectors were disconnected and hanging open, lamp shades looked like they had been in a fight, vending machines either weren't working, or took the money but nothing would come out, there was a post it note with a phone number to call if something was wrong with the machine (it was someone's personal phone) the only other machine had a post it note that said "coming soon"..... I was very unhappy with the stay and the price I paid! Definitely would only recommend if it were the last available place in the world to stay, and would still give the advice to check in late, and check out early!

The price,cleanliness and staff , you don’t need to get a room with a mini fridge or microwave we got a queen room but got a king free upgrade which we loved with a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker as well

Cons:

The sink in our room was broken a few roaches in our room, and the breakfast area wasn’t open or the pool and said online they both were nope they weren’t.

It’s not very clean. The sheets had blood on them. The bathtub was dirty. The chair was broken. I had 2 tiny pillows for a king size bed. The back entrance was not locked to outside people. Broken ice machine every floor. No breakfast as promised on the website. It stinks in the elevator. All around just a nasty place.
