Otelde akollü içki satılmadığını oda servisinden öğrendik. Elimizde çantalar otele girerken hiç kimse yardımcı olmadı. Otel yeni ve odalar fena değil ancak odadan çıktığımızda koridoru kaplayan kızarma yağı kokusu bastırıyor, Restoran ve kahvaltı salonları soğuk. Spa merkezi fena değil ama masaj odaları dışında orası da soğuk.

I had a beautiful suite but the heat would not turn down, it was really hot all night and I was uncomfortable. But the hotel was gorgeous!

şehrin en pahalı oteline gelince insan biraz daha farklı şeyler görmek istiyor. dışarsı 40 derece, otelin için 35 derece. klimalar kapalı, gerçekten garip. tamam odada klimamız var ama otele giriş çıkışlar sırasında hamam gibi.

iki kişilik odada her şeyden 1 tane var. kağıt terlik bile 1 tane konulmuş. tek tek arayıp istemek mi zorundayız? kahve fincanı aynı şekilde.

minibar bomboş. su soda soğuk içecekler vs neden konulmamış ki?

Hotel karşısındaki mekandan yüksek ses geldi.Sorduğumda gece yarısı kesilir dendi. Konforlu bir gece pek yaşayamadık. Kısaca memnun kalmadık gürültüden.

Ne yazık ki çok beğenmedik. Odada teknik sorun yaşadık değişim için hemen ok lediler bundan çok memnun kaldık personel yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama sonraki verdikleri odada musluk bozuktu ama artık yorulduk ve değişim istemedik yapacak bir şey yok artık yapacak ama kahve fincanı bir taneydi ikincisini istedik gelmedi ve sanırım mutsuz olduğumuzu belirttik diye sonrasında ilgilenilmedi. Ama kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterli idi. Yine de teşekkür ederiz bir gün kaldık ve dinlendik. Ama bu sorunları umarım dikkate alırlar ve daha iyi bir sonuç alırlar.
