Another Weekend In Paris
Pros:

Deco hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and there’s a really nice bar next door with excellent drinks. Let’s just say… we didn’t only go there once😎

We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable throughout. It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard but still gets things right.

The hotel also offers a limousine service for private tours around Paris, which is actually a pretty cool way to explore the city.

Amazing staff
Pros:

From the moment we entered we were treated to a warm welcome by a very friendly guest services team.

Having worked in hospitality for over 2 decades, Pauline was just exceptional with our welcome, processing and personally escorting us to our room.

Wonderful location just steps from Trocadero Plaza for iconic pictures.

Central Location in Paris.
Pros:

Great Location in Paris. We stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The room is on smaller side - especially the bathroom - compared to previous hotel we stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The only issue we had was the shower not draining properly.

16th arrondissement location!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the 16th with safe location and walking distance to Eiffel. Plenty of shopping and cafes nearby. Only drawback is extra $300 hold on card when you check in.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

From the moment I arrived at Renaissance Paris Nobel, I felt truly pampered by an outstanding team. Ahmed greeted me at the taxi curb, immediately sensing that the driver was overcharging and taking care of everything—check-in, payments, and all the little details—so I could relax right away. His attentiveness set the tone for the entire stay.

Gael, the head concierge, demonstrated an encyclopedic knowledge of Paris and went above and beyond to arrange VIP experiences, share insider tips, and help us maximize value. His expert guidance made a world of difference and ensured we had an unforgettable time in the city.

The entire staff was superb, and the service levels felt truly 5-star. A few standout mentions:

Bar: Emma (first two nights) and Nevil (a newer member who joined us later) provided top-notch service with warmth and professionalism.
Bar and dining: Cyril was fantastic and added a personal touch to every interaction.
Room: Romain, the Manager, graciously upgraded our room and made everything feel incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast: Moushame and the restaurant team greeted us warmly and kept our mornings delightful.

Although I may not recall every name, the consistency of excellence across the team is clear. This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel frequently for work and leisure. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, but it’s the people who truly elevate it to five stars.

A small note from me: I usually never write reviews, but this stay was so remarkable that I felt compelled to share. Bravo to the Renaissance Paris Nobel for delivering a stay that was both memorable and effortlessly enjoyable. I look forward to returning.

Poor excuse of a Marriott.
Pros:

This hotel is a poor excuse for a Marriott. I booked the room on my work corporate rate and got a room that was at the very back and poorly maintained. The only good thing about this hotel was the walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Otherwise probably the worst Marriott Ive stayed in. Sink was missing part of the handle. Sink is cracking, paint stripped in very noticeable area. Outside view needs a paint job very badly. Customer service was also very questionable.

Great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We stayed here in early December 2025 on the first leg of our European vacation. We were very pleased with the hotel. We were two adults and two kids (21 and 16) in two rooms. The property was clean, the rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good…walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Champes D’ Elysse (15-20 minutes each) Admittedly we were tourists in Paris for our first time but for us the easy access to those attractions and area restaurants was great. A special shout out to Ahmed (concierge). When I realized breakfast wasn’t included with my plan he offered me
a coffee and then brought over a tea for my wife and a box of croissants. The second morning he got me a coffee again and then surprised us at the door to our room with a “tea for mama” and a box of croissants. The third day as my wife and I were walking to breakfast he stopped us on the street, brought us back to the hotel and invited us for a complementary breakfast. Perhaps traveling with our 16 year old princess made us look poor???? All in all a very wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Good stay
Pros:

Check in was smooth. Gael and his concierge team especially Ahmed, and Gabin. They were helpful from the arrangement of hotel pick up until during my stay. One important thing to take note of is some rooms have no escalator access so you need to use the stairs. I was lucky as Ahmed was very helpful to help carry my luggage up to my room and down from my room. Breakfast has limited choice.

Simply the best
Pros:

What an amazing hotel, staff and location. I travel all the time for work, this trip was for fun with my daughter for her 9th birthday (her first international trip). From before we arrived the concierge team helped ensure her tours, and favorite adventures were reserved. When we checked in Michele went above on beyond, she is a true Gem. We were upgraded to a family suite which was perfect plenty of space and we slept so well. The breakfast team surprised us with birthday cake, balloons and a sparkler! Wow, I can't express how thankful I am for this stay, you made my daughter (and my) trip magic.

Merci.

Amazing off the beaten path in Paris
Pros:

We were amazed at this hotel! It was 2 blocks from so much to doin including Hop On Hop Off bus. Only 1/2 mile walk to Eiffel Tower. 3 doors down from Burger 47!

Staff was wonderful and helped me attempt to speak French. Room was cozy and met our needs. Bed was spectacular and getting more towels was easy!

EMMA!!! Was our barkeep and made us feel like we had been going there for years!!! She suggested drinks and even made a few off menu options for us. She is a gem and a keeper!

We'll certainly be back!!

Wonderful stay with exceptional staff!
Pros:

We had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We ran into a small issue at check-in because we didn’t have all the documents we needed, but the team was so helpful and patient while we sorted it out. Pierre, in particular, was wonderful — his friendly attitude and calm presence really helped ease my anxiety and made us feel at home.

They even offered us a drink while we waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s also a lovely area where you can enjoy coffee or drinks, whether you’re starting your morning or winding down in the evening. Everything was spotlessly clean, and everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to help.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting — the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!

Perfect location and fantastic staff
Pros:

I booked this hotel for the weekend, for my partner’s birthday and it was the perfect location to walk to all the sites we planned to visit.

The room was lovely, clean and with views of the Eiffel Tower and the staff had arranged a lovely little welcome gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday.

All the staff we encountered at reception, the bar, breakfast, during our short stay were very warm, friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t fault them.

I’d definitely consider staying here for future visits to Paris.

Superior service from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

The hotel staff was beyond excellent. Kumar the Manager and his staff made this such a memorable experience. From Mirtu (frond desk) to Ahmed (Concierge), each interaction exceeded our expectations. We checked in a bit later from traveling all day and just wanted to order room service. The young man taking our order had trouble understanding English which wasn't surprising. What surprised us was when he asked if he could come to our room to be sure he understood our order. This was going above and beyond. Our room had an issue with a small water leak. If you stay in hotels as much as I do, these things occasionally happen. The next day Kumar found me at breakfast, apologized for the issue had us moved to another suite (even bigger/better) for our troubles. Honestly, we considered extending our stay it was so nice. Kudos to Kumar and his staff for their top tier level of customer service.

For the price paid, I would NOT recommend the hotel
Pros:

The buffet in the restaurant was ok at best. For a heritage property the buffet food selection was limited and the croissant and pastry selection was poor!

Cons:

While the staff was sincere they were very unprepared to manage guest check-in for the wedding we attended. Considering the hotel had received the guest list for approximately 45 rooms months in advance the check-in process was chaotic and mismanaged with our rooms not being ready on time and checked-in incorrectly.

The best hotel !
Pros:

First of all customer service 10/10! Everyone was so professional and sweet. I got engaged in Paris and my fiancé had told the staff prior to the engagement. The night of my proposal when we went back to the hotel the entire staff greeted us with so much love it truly made me feel so special and they also decorated our room! It was such a sweet touch and so memorable. Thank you so much for creating a forever lasting memory of my favorite city, Paris. I always knew Paris was a dream but this hotel experience made my dream come true.

Peaceful location and thoughtful touches made for a special stay
Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel recently on our way through France heading to Italy. It was our second visit to Paris, and our first time staying in the 16th Arr. Compared to where we stayed previously in the 8th Arr., this was much quieter and more peaceful. The hotel's location in what appears to have once been a high-end residential neighborhood was perfect for us!

The trip we were taking was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the front desk associate who showed us to our room seemed to take distinct delight in surprising us with treats in the room, champagne, rose petals, and balloons! Such an unexpected treat, and so thoughtful. I wish I had taken down her name!

In the lobby bar, I had what may have been the best cappuccino of my life. Simply spectacular.

The buffet breakfast in the courtyard / garden is not to be missed! It was delightful, and the setting is, again, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Really wonderful.

The Trocadero is a short walk down Av. Raymond Poincaré if you wish to take in the most classic view of the Eiffel Tower, and the Metro station Victor Hugo a very short walk the opposite direction.

We can't wait to go back!
