Purtroppo, devo rispondere che non mi è piaciuto praticamente nulla di questo soggiorno, a partire dalle condizioni della camera.

Ci sono state assegnate due camere al piano strada e, nel mio caso, la finestra affacciava direttamente su un incrocio trafficato, con un semaforo praticamente davanti, come si può vedere dalle fotografie allegate.

La privacy era praticamente inesistente: non ho mai potuto aprire le tende o le finestre perché chiunque passasse per strada avrebbe potuto vedere direttamente all’interno della stanza.

Il rumore proveniente dalla strada era insopportabile e, come se non bastasse, anche il condizionatore era estremamente rumoroso, tanto da rendere impossibile utilizzarlo.

Il letto era scomodissimo, la moquette visibilmente sporca e le condizioni generali della camera decisamente al di sotto di qualsiasi standard accettabile.

Anche il bagno presentava problemi: per riuscire ad avere acqua calda dovevo lasciare scorrere l’acqua per almeno cinque minuti, una situazione francamente inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva.

Le condizioni delle aree comuni non erano migliori. I corridoi dell’hotel apparivano trascurati e fatiscenti, dando quasi l’impressione di trovarsi in un edificio abbandonato.

La colazione è stata forse l’unico aspetto appena accettabile, ma comunque di qualità mediocre.

L’atmosfera generale della struttura è molto lontana da quella che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel destinato a un soggiorno turistico. La clientela sembrava composta prevalentemente da lavoratori e l’intera esperienza ricordava più quella di un motel di bassissimo livello che di un albergo.

Ritengo che le condizioni della struttura siano assolutamente inadeguate rispetto a quanto ci si aspetta prenotando un hotel tramite Booking.com.

Non si tratta di piccoli inconvenienti, ma di una serie di problemi che hanno compromesso seriamente il comfort, il riposo e la qualità del soggiorno.

Location not close to the nice part of downtown the roads leading to the hotel looked very dangerous esp at night.
