Great stay!
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was a ray of sunshine! The lady who kept the breakfast flowing was wonderful.

What I liked about the property was the breakfast options.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was the incline going to it. And the rooms were cleaned as well we found pepperonis underneath the bed. The bathroom door is a sliding door. The pool was out of service. And there is no free parking. Parking is 35$ but down the street there is one for 20$

The location was great and it felt safe. There were no homeless people around. I also loved that there was coffee and tea available 24/7.

Cons:

The beds make noise with every single movement; they probably need to be replaced. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible—I could hear everything being said in the next room.
​Furthermore, I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and when I requested an invoice at check-out, I was told, 'We don't provide invoices for bookings made through Booking.com.' However, when I checked Booking.com's policy, it clearly states that they do not issue invoices and that guests must request them from the property. Only after I insisted did the receptionist issue the invoice on their own initiative. This policy of yours makes absolutely no sense. During a previous stay in Los Angeles booked through Booking.com, the hotel sent me the invoice before I even asked, yet your policy leaves guests in a very difficult position.
​It took the receptionist just 30 seconds to give me the invoice. If I hadn't insisted and they hadn't provided it, I would have had to pay $1,055 out of my own pocket since I wouldn't have been able to submit the invoice to my company. If you are going to put people in such a difficult situation, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for business trips."
