Que buen hotel!
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy linda en el centro de San Diego.
Tienes todas las comodidades y su desayuno buffet es muy bueno, bien surtido, sabroso y completo.
La vista desde tu habitación es espectacular.

Pros:

Room was spacious - bathroom was tiny

Cons:

AC was loud, noise outside, front desk staff was not very helpful, bathroom was tiny and need shelves … parking structure was super tight even for small cars

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, & breakfast was pretty decent.

Cons:

Beds were real stiff, one bed covered over half of the air vents & most of the controls on the A/C & heater, & the toilet in the bathroom flushed really loudly, waking everyone up in the middle of the night.

Habitación grande y cómoda, con microondas, plancha y secadora de pelo. Hay desayuno buffet riquísimo, café a todas horas. Muy bien ubicado. Tienen personal bilingüe.

Hotel u centru grada s parkiralištem i dobrim doručkom.
Pros:

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji za prošetati po San Diegu. Hotel ima garažu uz dodatnu doplatu.
Doručak je bio dobar. U predvorju hotela nalazi se veliki dnevni boravak za opuštanje sa TV i raznim društvenim igrama.

Cons:

Pribor za jelo, tanjuri i šalice su bili plastični i papirnati što nismo očekivali za hotel Holiday Inn.

Made the best of it
Pros:

The free breakfast that was offered was amazing.

Cons:

Location, staff not friendly, not informative, parking garage is horrible. Location is close to zoo. However nothing around to walk around to. Staff was mediocre to say the last. We arrived after midnight. Informed staff we needed parking. I little elaboration on the parking garage would have been greatly appreciated as we had a large vechile. If renting a vehicle, I recommend renting a car. Parking extremely tight. Large vehicle parking was not clearly marked. Also I don't recommend upgrading to a balcony, no exciting view.

Great home base for exploring San Diego with older kids.
Pros:

Included breakfast makes travelling so much easier - the food was fresh and decent selection. The room itself was spacious, comfortable for a family of 4, and the balcony size was particularly generous.

Cons:

The neighborhood definitely feels a bit corporate/financial district. Not a problem, but don't expect cute cafes, markets or restaurants nearby. Property itself is a little worn out and could probably do with a refresh soon. Pool is not heated so the water temperature is brisk!

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed it very much and it was very clean. The staff for both the breakfast front desk and Housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with staff. The room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The location was a hard one to find anywhere good to eat as a family, and hard to maneuver in the city. The pool was a bummer. We had our young grandson and it wasn’t much of an entertainment for him, but it wasn’t a big deal.

A friendly customer service and a great breakfast!
Pros:

The room was spacious. The suite had several amenities that were needed for us. I also enjoyed the friendly customer service at the front desk who accommodated our room request sooner than I anticipated. I appreciated this because it was a hot day when we visited and it helped to stay in our room, while the heat of the day was at its worst.
I went to the front desk to collect a coffee machine for coffee the next morning and was provided one at request. This was good customer service. Incidentally, they had a 24 hour coffee maker available in the dining room area, for anybody who would like a beverage at evening or night time. Thank you for your customer service.

Cons:

I wasn't sure if there was adequate parking available on the venue. However, this was not applicable for me during my current stay.
