We were very disappointed with our stay and decided to leave after the first night, despite having booked and paid for three nights.

Unfortunately, neither the room nor the overall hotel experience reflected the price we paid. Both the room and the hotel had an unpleasant smell, and we were disappointed to discover that the pool was closed. Even if it had been open, the overall condition of the hotel appeared neglected and run-down, and we would not have felt comfortable using it.

In addition, there were construction works taking place around the hotel, which further affected our experience.

One positive aspect was that the parking area appeared to be well secured. This for sure because of the significant number of homeless individuals and people who seemed to be under the influence of drugs.

What was particularly frustrating was the lack of response from the hotel staff. After check-in, we received a text message asking whether everything was satisfactory. We replied (at our own expense, as international guests), explaining our concerns, but never received any response. We also attempted to call the hotel, which cost us approximately $20 due to international charges. After waiting in the queue for a considerable time, the call was eventually disconnected.

Pros:

The complementary breakfast. It was in clean/good condition. The staff helped me out when needed.

Cons:

It was a little pricey for just a one night stay. I ordered food and my food sat at the lobby desk for an hour, they never told me my food was there. To use the laundromat they need cash and I haven't carried cash on me in years.

A bad experience at this hotel.
Pros:

I didn’t like this property at all. First time here at last time.

Cons:

The property needs to update their pictures online they don’t have a pool anymore. Hall ways smells like vomit on second floors. Room prices we’re very high they don’t have extra blankets or extra pillow in the room. are very small . Staff don’t know anything when you are asking them a question. Elevator out of service gosh it was a bad experience at this place a nightmare for me and my family there was no stairs down to the parking garages. Plus it was almost $500 a night.

Pros:

The balcony view and breakfast food variety was good. The bed was comfortable and the staff responded via text to my issues.

Cons:

The toilet was insanely loud to flush my children would wail every time. The sink was clogged and the bathroom counter space was nonexistent. The location is centric but you can't walk anywhere because the hill its on is sooo steep.
