Good value for the money. Peaceful and quiet.
Pros:

It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s located right off the highway and the view is spectacular. Breakfast is good also. Great value for the money.

Terrible customer service and stinky with firearms continually going off. We eventually had to leave at midnight. Worst

The property was fine and a decent location.

Cons:

Our lock on our door had been busted in so we had to buy screws to fix the plate so our door would close and lock. The lady at the desk rolled her eyes when we walked up. The fire alarms went off 3 times and the last time never went off y til we checked out.

It was nice and clean

Cons:

The fire alarm kept going off in the night and they could not turn it off. They wanted us to wait 3 hours (at 11:30pm) for the technician to come and turn it off. We left. They said they would refund our money. My son has autism and that blaring noise frightened him and caused some trauma. My mother who uses a cane had to go down 2 flights of steps twice. Fire fighters said it was the 3rd time they came out that day. A warning would have been nice.

Convenient right off the interstate. The location allows for great views of the mountains. And the breakfast is outstanding.

Cons:

Ice machines could be on each floor instead of only 2, as well the vending machines weren't convenient

Location was decent we only stayed one night on our way through but overall decent

Cons:

Breakfast was basic and dining area was very crowded. The playground could stand to be updated. Evening staff was not very pleasant.

It was not a good experience for me.

There was a bad smell is the corridor and room seems pretty old and need some improvements. Breakfast also need improvements.
