Gym and pool very basic. No restaurant or bar close to hotel.
Checked in quite late reception staff very friendly and quick check in I had booked 2 rooms one for my daughter and me I paid for my room with points I was on the 3rd floor room very big and spacious bed was comfy and so were the pillows the air con worked great as well (had to change the settings as it was on auto) bathroom was a good size usual amenities shower gel shampoo and conditioner also I had mouth wash and a shower cap as well which was nice (although through jet lag I opened and dropped it but reception gave me another 1) the bathroom could be updated a bit as the shower head was quite low so if ur really tall u may struggle!!! they have restaurants next to the hotel also Taco Bell and Wendy’s they offer a shuttle bus aswell (1st come first served) everyone 30mins I only stayed for 1 night would have liked to have stayed longer there is a shopping mall which is about 10-15 min walk which isn’t too far IHOP 30 min walk overall really nice hotel and yes I would stay here again

Washroom Exhaust fan wasnt working that caused discomfort.
Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport recently. The room itself was perfectly fine, but the airport shuttle experience in the morning was a complete mess.
When we went downstairs for the shuttle, there was no one at the front desk. I eventually had to walk into the back room and literally shout to get the attention of the employee, who was wearing earbuds and apparently couldn’t hear anything going on in the lobby.
The shuttle loading process was equally frustrating. The driver had a huge pile of luggage blocking the back area that he clearly didn’t want to move, then got irritated with passengers because we weren’t arranging bags exactly how he wanted. On top of that, he tried to hold the shuttle for an airline crew member who wasn’t even there yet, despite multiple members of the same crew telling him that person was not coming.
To make matters worse, we received multiple conflicting explanations about when the shuttle service actually starts in the morning.
Overall, the room was decent, but the transportation and morning staff experience seriously need improvement.

Sadly, this hotel like many others crown Plaza in the US are in desperate need of total renovation of their rooms. It’s an embarrassment to the IHG brand.
