I stay here every 2 months and every time I check in the staff knows me and are always excited to se me!
That you now charge $10 a day for parking.
I arrived exhausted and anxious, needing kindness and comfort. And that is what I found. This is not a “luxury “ hotel but in my view it is better. They have thought of all the little things that make a guest feel cared for. I have never encountered a hotel with such thoughtfulness built in. Even the heat was easy to operate and customize. The restaurant staff were especially kind and even gave me cream cheese packets to use for giving essential medication to my dog after I had left my supply on the plane. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend this airport hotel.
The sad fall of a once nice hotel. The WiFi here is as slow as the water pressure is low. Symptoms of a hotel owner who is more about profit than customer comfort. I used to like this hotel, but it seems those days are gone. The rooms are dated and the workout room fits no more that a half dozen people. And that would be uncomfortable. If you’re going to stay in the area, Look elsewhere.

Room was not cleaned for 3 days inspite, when asked staff was vague, saying sometimes it is cleaned only after 3 days. I have stayed at the property before, and would always choose it, but this time, my experience was bad. Hotel has also started charging for parking which was not the case before
Location
Staff was rude. We waited in the lobby to recieve some packages. When the courier arrived we were made to pay a charge to the hotel even though we recieved the packages ourselves. The hotel also decided to start charging for parking from the 1st of Ianuary 2026. Even for guests. Only had to park for an hour. Asked if we need to still pay for a full day, and was made to.
From the time we checked in to when we checked out our experience was very good.
Roxana at check in was very professional and helpful answering my questions about parking our car and the shuttle. We reserved the park, sleep and fly the hotel offers, staying at the hotel the night before our flight and the night we return.
A very sweet housekeeper greeted us in the hall and took the luggage cart back to the lobby.
Our room was very nice. The king size bed was so comfortable.
Hamza greeted us as we checked out .
Hamza was also very kind, helpful and professional. We liked our stay so much Hamza helped me book a room for a future date.
It is convenient to have Houlihans right on site. Jo Jo , our bartender/server was very attentive and personable. We enjoyed our dinner.
The 24 hour shuttle to the airport is so convenient. It runs every half hour. We took the 3:30 am shuttle for a 6:00 am flight. Our shuttle driver told us where to be picked up upon our return.
5 minute drive to the airport. Sweet!!!

Shuttle pick up was a long wait (45min). Even though you are told it is every 20 -30 mins.
The hotel is nice. It is a great hotel if you need to stay somewhere before the night of a long flight. The room was spacious and clean. The Front Desk was helpful. I loved that they had a shuttle to the airport which starts at 6AM if I recall correctly. I liked staying and would stay again.
The only thing that was confusing was the lounge access. You had to take 1 elevator and walk down the hall to get to the other elevator that brought you to the lounge. Also, it would be nice if the lounge had a better selection of snacks.
Overall, it was a good stay.
An exceptionally nice place to stay.
A lot more spacious with the rooms separated between the sleeping area and sitting. Comfortable bed, pillows and furniture.
