We recently stayed here for six nights in the junior suite with terrace, and while there were many things we genuinely enjoyed, there were also a few issues that unfortunately had an impact on our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. Everything smells fresh and is clearly very well looked after. The breakfast was excellent, with vegetarian and gluten free options. The breakfast staff and housekeeping team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, with a large shower, an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. The pool area is another highlight, the water was always at a lovely temperature, and the cabanas are a fantastic addition, making it a really relaxing place to spend the afternoon. We also liked the honesty bar once we discovered it.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing. Our room faced the staircase and road, and we were constantly disturbed by slamming doors, people using the stairs all hours of the night, 2am checkins and suitcases being dragged upstairs. Out of our six night stay, we only had one decent nights sleep, which really affected our overall experience.
The service was also a little inconsistent. Reception wasn't staffed from the afternoon until the following morning, so we had to call a number to receive instructions for self check-in. The weekend receptionist came across as rather unwelcoming, and we felt like we were inconveniencing her. The welcome information mentioned we'd be shown around the hotel, but that never happened, so we only discovered the honesty bar halfway through our stay when there was a new staff member at the reception.
There were also a few smaller inconveniences. Parking is about a seven-minute walk away, which isn't a major issue but is worth knowing if you're travelling with large suitcases. The wifi connection was unreliable, and one night we were woken at 2am by a false fire alarm. The entire hotel had to evacuate, but with no staff on site, guests had to call someone to come and switch the alarm off.
Overall, this hotel has so much potential. The facilities, cleanliness, breakfast, and pool area are all excellent, and the housekeeping and breakfast teams deserve special praise. However, improvements to the soundproofing, reception availability, and guest communication would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

One of the most wonderful hotels in Mallorca. The vibe, the food, the service - 10/10. The room (Mallorca) was sooo beautiful and cozy. The woman in the kitchen so friendly and cute ♥️♥️ Can’t wait to come back here. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It’s a small hotel – 12 rooms so it is often unstaffed. When we arrived, the key that was left for us didn’t work because the batteries were dead. We had to call the host who came within 10 minutes. After he left, we went to take a shower, and there was no soap of any kind. Had to wait until the next day when housekeeping appeared. The balcony patio was lovely and large, but could have used a few throw pillows to make it comfortable.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und stilsicher renoviert in einer gelungenen Mischung von historischem Charme und moderner Ästhetik. Der schön angelegte Garten mit Pool ist eine bezaubernde, erholsame Oase. Das vom freundlichen Personal servierte Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr fein.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
