Pros:

Traumhaftes Paradis mitten in der Stadt. Der Garten ist ein Traum zum Entspannen. Sehr freundliches Personal das wunderbar Losungen findet, auch zum Abstellen des Fahrrads.

Für max. 3 Nächte okay, einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir aufgrund der schlechten Reinigung des Zimmers und der fehle

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Artà. Die Einrichtung im ganzen Hotel ist sehr schön. Auch die ganze Hotelanlage (Aussenbereich mit Pool) ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war schön und das Bett bequem. Die beiden Damen vom Frühstücksservice waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir verbrachten insgesamt neun Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Leider waren wir von der Zimmerreinigung enttäuscht: Das Bett wurde lediglich neu bezogen, Handtücher ausgetauscht und Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Eine Reinigung fand – trotz Bitte – leider nicht statt.
Auch das Frühstück war für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts enttäuschend. Es wurde jeden Morgen dasselbe angeboten – ohne Abwechslung. Frisches Obst gab es nicht, lediglich Smoothies. Immer dieselbe Mangomarmelade.
Zusätzlich kam es in einer Nacht zu einem Fehlalarm der Brandmeldeanlage.

We were so happy we chose this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel itself and the room we had were elegant and relaxing, a beautiful place to stay. Spotlessly clean and exceptional service from the reception and dining room. Loved the spa and secluded hotel plunge pool.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel romantique et intime
Pros:

Hôtel intime, très chaleureux et moderne. Le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner délicieux.
Le jardin est très agréable avec la piscine, l’ombre des arbres et les transats bed.
Le soir nous sommes libres de nous servir en boissons dans le frigo pour prolonger la soirée.

Cons:

Notre chambre 005 était au rez de chaussée, comme il y a l’école juste devant, nous étions réveillés par les enfants se rendant à l’école en semaine.

Relajante y muy agradable, de muy buena calidad.
Pros:

El hotel es pequeñito y precioso, un edificio antiguo reformado con mucho gusto. Habitaciones espaciosas, cama grande y cómoda, exteriores con camas balinesas gratuitas, piscina exterior y Hammam. Personal y desayuno de 10, nos recibieron con un café y croissant con mermelada casera aunque no teníamos el desayuno incluido, súper atentos y amables. Las instalaciones con respeto, música relajante por todo y el desayuno un espectáculo, todo casero y recién hecho. Volveremos seguro 👌🏻☺️
