The property had no hot water. When asked, mentioned it would be fixed in 2 hours which turned out not to be the case. Would not repeat a stay here
No hot water. How do I go about getting a rebate for my stay?
I reserved a room with a King size bed for $209 and was given a room with two beds for $245. Upon entering the room the first thing we found was pills on the floor under the bed closest to the window. After returning from a funeral on Saturday, they were still there. The beds were made but obviously not vacuumed as the pills are still there. Upon waking up Saturday morning I also may have found what looked like a bed bug. The would be dining area was filled with headboards, bed frames and mattresses. I do not believe this hotel is actually ready for opening 100%. There are many, possibly homeless people that may be staying in this hotel. At around 4:10 to 4:30 am on Sunday morning, someone tried to break into our room.
Room was clean and bed was new. No hot water was available though.

Parking area had a bunch of shady people hanging around. Lobby was a mess with remodeling? Going on. Room was nice and clean. No decaf coffee or tea in room.
I booked this stay a few months ago when the reviews were decent, and when I arrived at the hotel I was very disappointed with the hotel condition. The outside sign is worn down to the point that you could not see the hotel sign properly.
The room size is pretty good, however it is definitely worn down. The bedsheet waa a bit dirty, but manageable. The towels, however, were downright dirty. I was given 2 regular towels (one was dirty), a hand towel with black make up marks, plus a face towel also with someone's make up on them. There were hair (not mine) in the bathtub and bed. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. I should note the room has a microwave and a fridge, so that was the only plus. To make things worse, the hot water never got to "hot" so shower was lukewarm.
The hallway and room also had very strong smell (maybe from smoking?) that I developed a headache.
I gave a 2-star for the helpful front desk, who helped me sort through my booking issue. I really appreciated their help. Otherwise, I would rate this a 1-star stay.
TV remote did not, broke. Mgr replaced it. Only channel seemed to be MTV.
Promised a continental breakfast and there was nothing. This put us behind and grumpy for our day. Many other customers were disappointed too.
We reserved and paid this room well in advance. I even emailed the front desk with the hour we were arriving. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the check in was at 3 pm and because we arrived after 3 pm he gave our room to another person. (A room that was reserved and paid in advanced by us which mean no one else can use it until next day until 11:00 am), after some arguing, he finally gave us a room that he apparently took from another client (we could hear the next client from the elevator also arguing with him for his room), The towels were all stained and with spots, even red paint on them as well as stained bed sheets. They didnt look used but the bed wasnt well done either. The bathtub wasnt clean either. We had no option but stay there. It was almost 10 pm. I dont understand how a hotel like this is still allowed to operate. Not recommended at all. Even the outdoor sign is broken so you dont know if you really are on the right hotel.
Elevator not running and room key didn’t work for room
Room was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.
We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. The room smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room at our perfect temperature and was very quiet. The hotel was in a quiet area and the building was quiet. Nothing disturbed us. In the book in our room, it said breakfast was served between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. but there was no breakfast. However we we're not overly concerned with that as we had a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator in our room and we had brought some food and coffee with us. Also, the hotel was only about a half a mile from the town square and main street where there were many very good restaurants. Plus, there is no way you could beat the price and get that kind of a room anywhere in that area.
When we got to the hotel after driving all day they had no rooms.even with my confirmation number they gave our room away forcing us to find another place at 9pm. Dont ever stay here.
For what you pay and for a short stay I think this is great! Idk what the bad reviews are talking about, hot water issue? Nope. AC working? Yup. Overall a good stay!
Very unsafe. I was alone, arrived to numerous homeless around entrance. I went in, no one at front desk for over :15. People started coming over to me, I left. I did not feel safe. There were no other cars in the parking lot. It looked abandoned and sign on the street was completely torn apart. I called Expedia. Still no refund 48 hours later. I will never use Expedia again,
Comfortable beds. But thats about it, no hot water in the shower. So be ready to get a cold shower, and none at the front desk to talk to. Toilet floor was visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned.
Several scary individuals hanging out in parking lot when we got there, property needs updated, rooms were clean but the rest of it needs some work.
I feel room can be cleaned better .. it says non smoking .. but room smells a lot as someone did smoke all day .
Expedia should not list this property; sketchy awful. No hot water, no warm water, no shampoo, no conditioner just bar of soap. Outlets didn’t work. Area outside had late night linger in parking lot. T hi property is sad and a fraud to charge a night stay. Expedia remove this property.
