Okay but displeased with the cleanliness
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the receptionist was very nice.

Cons:

The door looked like it had been kicked in a couple times. The bathroom had hair in the shower and mucus with blood on the wall infront of the toilet. The refrigerator had a plate with leftover yogurt on it from god knows when so when you opened it the smell was awful. The couch was stained and non of the trash cans had trash bags. To say the least i slept on top of the blankets with my own blanket. Honestly not a terrible place to stay but house keeping obviously sucks and needs to learn to do there job properly. Thankfully we were just passing through and needed to stop for a couple hours of sleep before continuing our trip

Not up to par for the price.
Pros:

Great location and the room itself was clean and comfortable, but the facility as a whole is showing quite a bit of wear and tear because of its popular location downtown. The walls and doors in the halls and elevator area are scuffed and dirty and in need of repair. I was expecting more from a Hyatt related property and for the somewhat premium price.

Cons:

Desk Staff needs hospitality training and breakfast was cold and over or under cooked.. PARKING WAS A PROBLEM!!! I was given a handicap room but did not request.

We’ve stayed many times here with no issues. So sad to see employees who didn’t care.
Pros:

Bed is comfy

Cons:

Shower had no pressure. The door flip guard on room door was jammed. When I mentioned to front desk you could tell it went no further. We ate breakfast at 8:30. No coffee, no silverware, most food items empty. Person working seemed overwhelmed and ready to quit.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable, and the fitted sheet did not stay in place, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably throughout the night. Additionally, the reservation made through Booking.com did not fully reflect the details at check-in. Although my confirmation showed two rooms, the hotel’s system initially indicated only one room, which caused some confusion during the check-in process.
