Great stay!
Pros:

Hyatt Place had a great breakfast, friendly staff, and free parking! Our room was clean and well stocked with towels. No complaints!

Great experience
Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff was excellent and friendly. I was able to check out at 2pm as requested. I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. They honored my request for a late checkout at 2:00 PM, which I really appreciated. I also requested a microwave for my room, and it was delivered almost immediately. The excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bathrooms were clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this property is close to a railroad and the constant trains passing by at night kept us up at night. Not the hotel’s fault per se, just a terrible location.

Comfy and Cozy
Pros:

Great stay at Hyatt in Florence. I stay here every few months while visiting family and have for years. While the hotel rooms could use some revamping, overall everything is typically very clean and comfortable. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Check is a breeze and I love they have breakfast in the mornings. Super helpful when traveling with my young daughter.

Everything was great.
Pros:

I didn’t eat breakfast but appreciated the Starbucks coffee. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I liked the brand of shower toiletries. The location is great. Parking was easy, as was check in. The bed was super comfortable.

Booking.com over booked and I had to be moved to a different (less nice) hotel.
Cons:

I arrived and was disappointed to learn that the hotel had overbooked. Paige at the desk worked to get my family a new hotel but I would have appreciated that someone reached out to me to let me know ahead of time and not upon arrival. I was booked at a comfort inn about 10 mins away. The comfort inn was fine but not the level of the Hyatt for which o was expecting.

The bed linens were not soft and looked worn, the extra blanket was ragged and worn… had an unpleasant odor
