Even though they have a bar. The bartender knew little on how to fix drinks. However my stay was comfortable.
Pros:

I like that it was in town. And a Starbucks dispenser.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that we had complications checking in. The room was paid from a third party, “he saw” but continued to want us to pay. We stood in line with our things, which was embarrassing, at least he could have said, “I see you paid idk why it is acting up.” Take your things to the room and I will contact you when things are straightened out. But yet we stood in the front line like we didn’t pay. Then paid a second time! When we had a wedding to attend. I was not happy!!

Second Time Was Not a Charm
Pros:

The location is great and in a very safe area. Breakfast is an option and there are local shops within walking distance. Old town charm!

Cons:

The room was not cleaned to guest standards. The shower had hair in several places which could have been taken care of with a simple rinse. The towels were not clean which required a request in the middle of the night. The bed appeared to be slept in and the sheets unchanged.

Quick stop in Florence
Pros:

The facilities and complimentary breakfast was well appointed and quite abundant. Our only critique was the location of the parking area across the street from the hotel. It was a bit cumbersome to drag our luggage and dog from that distance. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant experience...

Cons:

The hotel never reapond me back as I booked wrong hotel, instead of booking Florence in Italy I booked in US but being a such a good brand name hotel they didnt even reply back for any kind of refund or not even giving back refund.
