Water bottles not in room

Atleast normal water should be provided in rooms

Also when we asked them to provide
They aaid come down to the reception and take it yourself

Convenient location, comfy beds friendly staff
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and clean. Many towels.

Cons:

The room appeared not to have been cleaned adequately as there were cookies on the floor and also a previous occupant’s cap.

Average place to stay with an excellent customer service.
Pros:

The property was quite but it was too quite. The customer service was good and quick. The staff was readily available to assist. Providing breakfast was very convenient for our stay along with our family.

Cons:

The property needs an upgrade. The lights and interior also need an upgrade to cheer people up who are staying there and coming to the hotel after a long road trip. Just the look of the hotel from the inside should give a refreshing vibe after a long flight or a long road trip. The furniture in the unit had scratches and depleting. The hallways look pretty dark specially at night, hence, they need to change lighting. Overall, the hotel looks like a place to stay from the 90’s.

Felt like home, with warm, knowledgeable helpers throughout, home away from home-and a little more snazzy!
Pros:

Absolutely everything customer service is amazing. Marianne was so wonderful to help me arrange all my needs. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! THANK YOU

Never got introduced to Marianne!! Eggs were a bit salty!! That’s it! Everything was fantastic! THANK YOU

Excellent location, staff and comfortable stay!
Pros:

The staff, breakfast, the lemon water, location and the ease for checking in and out.

Cons:

The cleanliness. The washroom and room could use some TLC. The decor was great but choice in door paint is an area of opportunity for a warm and cozy experience.

Cons:

No potatoes or bacon the whole time we were at breakfast.
