The hotel manageress was exceptional world class and couldn’t do enough to help us. We had a fantastic new year here

Excellent buffet dinner new year eve very recommended nice with many choice of food . The ambient is nice and cozy. Staff are attentive and friendly.

theres so friendly staff and good service,but the food got some eggs of fly on it,hope the cathering be more carefull about the food service

overall okay it’s delicious but my satay have egg fly but its okayy and good taste i will try the dessert next and the drinks

I had a lovely stay at Dorsett Grand Labuan Hotel. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport by Grab, with a shopping mall just adjacent to the hotel. For those who enjoy staying active, there are jogging facilities within a 5-minute walk.

All staff members were polite, cheerful, and welcoming. The reception team was professional and efficient. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean.

Breakfast at Victoria’s Restaurant was fantastic, offering a satisfying selection. The lobby lounge provides a nice variety of food and drinks, complemented by pleasant in-house music. The hotel also has a good ballroom suitable for around 100 guests, a clean swimming pool, and a mini gym.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended and I would gladly return to Dorsett Grand Labuan.

Location wise is good as it is near town and financial park, the atmosphere is great, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is good

I like the proximity to the ferry terminal. Good location.

I had an extremely pleasant stay here at the Dorsett. The stars of the show are undoubtedly the staff who are genuinely warm and friendly. Such a nice change from lots of places where they just go through the paces. The hotel isn’t super modern but everything is kept spotless and there’s always plenty of hot water in the shower. Laundry service is first class, you just leave it in a bag in your room in the morning and it’s all hanging in your wardrobe at night. Pool nice, clean and quiet and the bar staff will take a beer down to the poolside for you. All in all, first class and would definitely use again.

Superb hotel

Located in the middle of city, 2 minutes walk to shopping mall. Absolutely love the breakfast buffet menu too, their teh tarik takes the crown. The cust services on top. Will be back, see you when I see you again dorsett Labuan.

Our short stay at Dorsett Grand Hotel Labuan was wonderful from start to finish. Traveling with a big family, we booked four rooms, and the team—led by the amazing GM Ms. Masni—welcomed us warmly and arranged connecting rooms on the same floor. The F&B team reserved a long breakfast table for us, and both the high tea and pool time with the kids were delightful. Housekeeping and the spa team were equally impressive. Thank you to Ms. Masni, Lily, Merza, Irrivilla, and the entire team for delivering genuine Malaysian hospitality. We will definitely return!
