From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests are entitled to complimentary 1 GB of internet access per day. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. Spacious room with comfortable bed. friendly staff ready to assist when needed. The variety of the selection of food during breakfast could be wider for the fruits and vegetables.
As mentioned above I would expect the variety of vegetables and fruits to be wider during breakfast time.

Staying at Dorsett Hotel with my friends was an excellent experience. The location is very strategic, close to shops and malls, and everything is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly, and the service provided is truly satisfying. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. The roti canai is a must-try! Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here. 🫶🏻👍🏻

Always making the experience one to remember
I had a lovely stay at Dorsett Grand Labuan Hotel. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport by Grab, with a shopping mall just adjacent to the hotel. For those who enjoy staying active, there are jogging facilities within a 5-minute walk.
All staff members were polite, cheerful, and welcoming. The reception team was professional and efficient. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean.
Breakfast at Victoria’s Restaurant was fantastic, offering a satisfying selection. The lobby lounge provides a nice variety of food and drinks, complemented by pleasant in-house music. The hotel also has a good ballroom suitable for around 100 guests, a clean swimming pool, and a mini gym.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended and I would gladly return to Dorsett Grand Labuan.
Location wise is good as it is near town and financial park, the atmosphere is great, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is good
I like the proximity to the ferry terminal. Good location.
The hotel seems old and could use some refurbishment.
