Cleanliness
8
Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel 'muy limpio' and well maintained, though a few mention a slightly odd smell or darker rooms, so overall cleanliness is good but not perfect.
Service
8.3
Repeated praise for friendly, helpful staff, excellent attention and assistance (e.g., accepting packages, attentive mozos); shuttle service also noted — overall service is a clear strength.
Location
8.9
Very consistently praised for proximity to the airport and nearby restaurants/cafes and convention center; location is a major positive for short stays.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed feedback: some describe spacious/cozy rooms and a jacuzzi, but many note dated rooms, small double beds (requests for queen), dark rooms, missing minibars/fridges and worn bathrooms.
Amenities
8.2
Strong amenities cited often — pool, lounges, shuttle, good breakfast, poolside cafés and tropical decor — though a few guests noted missing or non-functioning facilities and lack of a kids' area.
Value for Money
7.4
Several guests say the hotel is worth the price with a good price/quality ratio, but reports of extra charges (water, breakfast billing issues) and some mediocre food impact perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast is frequently praised as very good or exceptional, though there are minor complaints (no cappuccino included, occasional mediocre meal quality).
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall impressions are positive with many guests recommending or returning for convenience and atmosphere, tempered by room-quality issues and occasional service/charge annoyances.

Stressful start: We were given someone else’s room & a room with no working toilet. The bed was comfortable & go
Pros:

Great tv, the bed was super comfortable and the room service & the buffet in the morning had an amazing selection.

Cons:

We stayed here for 1 night to start off our honeymoon. after travelling for 18 hours we were given a room that already had someone staying in it, there was shoes, clothing, personal belongings etc laying around. I’m so glad we didn’t walk in the person staying there and the person staying there will glad we didn’t make ourselves comfortable. The second room didn’t have a working toilet so we had to get moved again. It’s just not want you want after traveling that long to start off an exciting holiday.
