A great location for a nice, quiet stay that can be improved with some attention to detail.
Pros:

The jacuzzi room was large, mostly quiet and very clean. Parking and location were convenient. Staff were nice, check in went smoothly, and the free cookie was kind and quite tasty. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Cons:

Our king jacuzzi room was stocked with mismatched items including glasses and floor mats. The hotel lotion was left unopened when wall-mounted, and we couldn’t manage to open it for use. Jacuzzi jet functions were broken or disabled with only bubbles available, and a tub function independently turned on after draining. Bottled water in the room costs $3, and fetching ice required a trip on the elevator.

We would continue to stay and enjoy drinks at the lounge, maybe not supper or appies though.
Pros:

We really enjoyed everything about our stay! Facilities and staff were wonderful.
Clean , modern and comfortable!

Cons:

The food at the pub we have had a lot of misses and few hits in that lounge over the past year. This stay we had raw chicken wings x 2.
Then offered a complimentary dessert and the berries were hot on the dessert but the cinnamon bun it was with was totally frozen.. neither meal or dessert was edible.
