The property was very clean and friendly staff. Right off the main road which was good because it was accessible but being so close to the main road was also a bit busy. Would definitely stay there again.

When you come in to the front desk…it’s an easy experience and will only take a few minutes. Unfortunately, some people have many questions

The food is good and the service great. Rolando the waiter took good care of us. I really enjoyed to pesto gnocchis with chicken.
We have stayed here twice and always enjoy it. Not much to do in the area but it’s across from a Walmart Mercado which is convenient. You can walk during the day but beware at night.

Excellent location next to La Sabana Metropolitan park for walking and enjoying the nature. The supermarket is across the street. Amazing reception and wonderful club lounge. Got upgraded room for being IHG diamond. The room is big with all the amenities and large TV with English channels and CNN.we enjoyed the breakfast and the happy hour at the Executive lounge with fresh squeezed juice and healthy organic food.
During our visit we were greeted by Dariela, Lucia, Scauella and Javier. Both Erick and Alejandro were very helpful and kind at the club lounge
