No hot water and no breakfast
Cons:

There was no hot water for my entire 3 days stay here! Apparently the water heater was broken and will take a hole to fix so we had to stay with cold water for 3 days straight. Because there was no hot water, there was no breakfast. And the hotel offered no compensation for the inconvenience!

I didn’t stay
Pros:

Nothing but tge price was great when I first got there what I saw in the lobby all the furniture was filthy dirty and disgusted. I left

The lobby area which meant if you can’t take care the entrance of your hotel then that’s making a first impression and it was no light it was real dim

Location was great only

Cons:

No Hot water me and my spouse couldn't take a much needed shower after we checked in and after came from dinner the linen had unspecified stains and the bath towel had dried blood stains on it the bathroom was freezing cold our stay was really bad the air quality in the room was definitely bad we won't be going to this hotel we should be compensated somehow

Pros:

Great location. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Rooms look like they were being renovated. I had two rooms. One room was a little more updated than the other one. Beds were very comfortable. Once renovations are completed to present day modifications I would then give it a rating of 5(the real happy smile listed). Did not take pictures of hotel stay sorry.

i would spend 20 dollars more and stay somewhere else, if you military use per diem elsewhere
Pros:

The bartender at night was friendly. I mean, they couldn't get the football game on, and there was no keg beer, even though there were taps but at least they tried

Cons:

Staff didn't speak English, I mean, like no English. hard to ask for things, like hot sauce, towels, or soap. Breakfast was the same thing: burnt sausage, burnt eggs. The bar food might be some of the worst food i have ever had, that includes a food stand in Haiti and Iraq.

Only stay if you’re too poor to afford somewhere else.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Place was disgusting. No housekeeping staff for several days. MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS IF YOU VALUE HYGIENE. Beds are not uniform throughout - you could get an okay bed, you could get a bed from 1980. Same with ac units.

It was last minute booking, but the felt it was dirty. Floors dirty, rugs dirty and stained. Towels stained

It felt like a $59 stay, but cost me $165 instead.
Pros:

I liked the staff, and the fact that there was a room available.

Cons:

The main entrance door made a dragging sound as it opened, then the elevator was mechanically noisy.
The lamp on 1 side of the bed didn't work because it wasn't plugged in, and there was no place to plug it in or a phone charger on either side of the bed. Sheets and furniture had stains as well as the wall at the elevator lobby 7th floor. Night tables had cigarette burns and the water took a good while to get hot for a shower. The Continental breakfast had very few options and was out of coffee and creamer at the time I went. And an 8oz cup really isn't worth waiting for.
