Excellent location, great place
Pros:

The location was amazing in a lovely neighbourhood. Very nicely decorated, classy hotel with great staff who were very accommodating and helpful.

Highly recommended stay
Pros:

Really helpful and friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast was very handy with good options. Room and Bed were really comfy. Art Deco decor in the hotel is stunning.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit in the room was slightly challenging to get a correct temp for sleeping at night.

Nice boutique hotel aesthetics, excellent location.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a lot better. It’s only grab and go: a small snack (e.g. small sandwich or croissant and a beverage)

Lovely
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious for NYC. We loved the bay window and the heated floor in the bathroom. The constant availability of bottled water and free hot breakfast was a great bonus! The staff was all extremely pleasant and I would definitely stay again.

Great for a weekend stay!
Pros:

Location was great, staff were really friendly and the breakfast grab and go bags were a really nice addition

The room was a little tired and we found the bed not the comfiest.

Ok stay, but would stay elsewhere if I return to New York.
Pros:

The location was good.

The grab & go breakfast was handy.

The Tusk Bar was nice.

Cons:

Staff not very helpful. Had an issue with blood stained sheets, told staff, bed was changed and was told we would hear from the manager about it - we did not.

Overpriced for size of room. Barely any clothes storage. Pressure in the shower was weak. Bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Perfecte ligging als uitvalsbasis.
Goede bedden.

Cons:

We sliepen aan achterkant van gebouw. Zeer veel en constant lawaai van alle airco’s.
Zeer pover ontbijt.

Amazing place but super noisy. I was up at 5 every morning and had to switch rooms.
