Fun atmosphere two blocks from Broadway and one block from Park Avenue. Nice simple breakfast.
Pros:

We loved the vibe. Nice people. Lovely room.

Cons:

The elevator can be slow so be patient.

Fabulous location , lovely staff and great area !
Pros:

Location is fab! Walking is possible to most sights ! Lovely area with lots to do and places to eat also!

Cons:

Room wasn’t as clean as it could have been ! Housekeeping don’t come in to much later in the day which isn’t ideal

It was perfect for what I wanted. Out most of the day so I didn´t spend a lot of time in the room.
Pros:

Good location, extremely helpful staff.

Cons:

I was in a room for two but travelled alone. The room would, I feel, have been too cramped for two people, with very little space for luggage. Then again, with NYC prices/taxes being what they are, small hotel rooms are not an uncommon situation. The bed was comfortable and, overall the room was fine. The difference, to me, was the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk.

Excelente custo benefício e muito confortável
Pros:

Adorei a opção de ter um café da manhã incluso no hotel, é simples mas muito prático e gostosinho.
A cama é muito boa, confortável de mais, o piso do banheiro é aquecido torna a experiencia mais agradável.

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno fica meio dificil com as malas e tudo mais, mas não foi um problema para nós.

Elegant and convenient - a great place for a classic NYC stay!
Pros:

Lovely ArtDeco style down to the last detail (check out the music design on the bathroom tile!). The location is fantastic, super close to Madison Square Park and very central to where we needed to be this past weekend. Appreciate the noon checkout time too. Would definitely come back!

Pros:

Historic, tidy, and has a fun bar. Room was cosy and bathroom was new. I happened to stay on a Saturday night in April when there was surprisingly low price for NY ($300/night) and I felt like I got good value.

It was very good but the hotel was not deluxe as on booking.com.
Pros:

Location, Staff, Cleanliness, complimentary breakfast,

Cons:

There wasn't enough room for our stuff in the room,
Also we kept tripping on the wooden edge of the bed in the room, on one occasion cutting my husband's leg
it was also very dark in the room and in the hotel

Pros:

The location was great, the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The grab and go breakfast was a bit different , I thought I was paying for a full service breakfast on booking.com. However it was a breakfast where certain stable dishes were included and others not. It was fine in the end but the coffee was terrible.
