Great hotel for tourists looking to be out and about in NYC and not spending too much time in the hotel.
Pros:

Staff were all lovely and attentive and the location was perfect for exploring New York. The grab and go breakfast was great and staff for so speedy and on it with the orders. We missed the free wine hour as the days didn’t align for our stay but a great perk!

Cons:

The room was quite small and slightly tricky once you had your luggage and two people in it but everything else made up for that.

Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione davvero centrale. Pulito, ordinato e si presenta molto bene. Camera matrimoniale ottima, quartiere tranquillo anche di notte, rispetto agli altri hotel e ai costi direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia buono. La doccia non ha la tendina, cosa che apprezzo sempre molto.

Cons:

Se state valutando questo hotel, direi di evitarvi la colazione, perché il costo non ne vale la pena. Tra le bevande incluse nella colazione c’è la possibilità di ordinare drip coffe (caffè americano), ma non un caffè espresso o un cappuccino. Ho preferito spesso farla fuori allo stesso prezzo, che comunque è alto. Quindi risparmiateli quei soldini e fate due passi per godervi dei pancake giganti da Sarabeth’s.

Excellent Stylish Hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at The Evelyn for our Wedding in New York! The hotel was in a great location 2 minutes down the road you can see the empire state building, I loved the art deco moody style of the hotel which was one of the reasons I choose it!

The rooms were very stylishly decorated with one of the most comfortable beds we have had in a hotel for a long time! The queen rooms aren't the biggest but you don't spend much time in your room anyway and it has a big wardrobe with a light to put everything in. Loved the bathroom design with a powerful shower and amazing shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser to use! The hotel was extremely clean and tidy everywhere. Another room in our booking was the suite for 3 people which was alot bigger than expected and very good value for money!

The breakfast was grab and go which I didn't expect to be that good but it exceeded expectations with really good coffee. A good selection and a nice coffee shop to sit in. A bonus is you can get bottled water for free from reception aswell. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, with a lady sending a bottle of prosecco to our room after the Wedding, thank you this was a nice touch!

I would highly recommend The Evelyn Hotel it was a perfect choice for our stay and Wedding in New York!

Pros:

Great location, good value for the price. Staff was exceedingly kind!!! Rooms were really cute, breakfast was included and tasted great. I would recommend this hotel for sure. Great for couples, has a romantic vibe.

Cons:

Bathroom did not have a fan in it which I thought was really odd. Left the bathroom foggy after a shower plus it's just helpful to have when sharing a small space with others. Pillows were also quite bad.

Stunning decor!
Pros:

We had a great stay at The Evelyn! Our first stop for NY and everything had a great vibe; the rooms were beautiful and the Tusk Bar was the perfect way to unwind. We were stuck indoors with the recent storm foe a day but the Cafe and bar meant we didn't need to worry at all! Highly recommend, especially for the stunning decor, food and history.

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.
