Super hotel, beau lobby, bien localisé.
Pros:

Chambre charmante, petit hotel, personnel sympa, très joli lobby, petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Lampe de chevet sont trop hautes et pas adaptés.
La porte de la chambre donne direct sur la chambre.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé au coeur de Manhattan. Chambre petite mais calme, propre et confortable. Lit double de 140 cm ce qui est un peu juste pour 2 adultes.

Cons:

Attention tous les produits à disposition dans chambre sont payants (11$ les 50 cl d'eau !).
Petit déjeuner très succinct (une boisson et une viennoiserie ou un yaourt). Pour le prix, vraiment doyde ne pas avoir de petit-déjeuner continental avec buffet.

Pros:

I liked the decor in the lobby, room, and throughout the hotel. The hotel staff at reception were friendly and attentive. When I asked to see the restaurant, the staff provided an impromptu tour.

Cons:

The room faced a brick wall. We had only one robe for two people. There was not a high attention to detail. I would have liked complimentary water placed by the bed each evening and turn-down service.

Fabulous location in a lovely hotel
Pros:

King suite was wonderful. Had a third person stay in pullout couch. Not the greatest and we had to ask for bedsheets, even though they knew we had three in room. Then later also remembered we needed towels. Could all have been arranged at checkin.

Queen room is very tiny. Try to get a room not right on street. Quite noisy.

All told we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cons:

Had to ask for sheets and towels for third person on pullout. Should have been discussed at checking, as I thought it would have been prepared already.
