Location was awesome
Gym too small and no coffee maker in room
Lovely Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Manhattan and you can easily walk around the center of the City. Very professional and polite staff and great Rooms and beds.
I find it unprofessional and horrible to have an indication as Free Breakfast for such a good Hotel 4 stara or more, and practically to serve just a so called "grab and go" little snack of one little item to eat and one drink either coffee or juice.
Breakfast is mostly important to people who want to explore the City and it would be at least honest to have buffet rather than a limited options (5) choice.
That is a reason to avoid this Hotel or any Hotel which gives a "breakfast included" indication for such a disappointing offer.

There was a wedding and there was no access to bar, I would have preferred to know that before booking
The grab and go breakfasts were delicious and the staff were quite friendly. It has a nice ambience and a comfortable lobby area.
Like everything these days, it's an expensive but I cannot complain too much about that, I suppose. Having a room next to the elevators is also not recommended, but I probably should have requested a move, so it's not necessarily The Evelyn's fault. The Evelyn is a nice property and I would stay there again.

The location, the decor, the staff were top notch!!
The price was fair but on the higher end.
Posizione eccezionale. Zona molto bella e centralissima rispetto a tutti i quartieri da visitare. Arredamento molto curato. La suite è spaziosa. La palestra piccola ma comoda. Il Bar è davvero bello.
Lobby non tanto grande, colazione stile starbucks, vista su cortile interno un po’ squallido.
