Cercavamo un hotel vicino alla Fenice per assistere a uno spettacolo. L'Hotel Kette è vicinissimo, merita le 4 stelle. Posizione centrale vicina ai negozi di lusso. Stanza ampia, pulitissima e silenziosa. Personale impeccabile

Migliorerei la colazione aggiungendo uova e Bacon e maggior assortimento dolce, comunque la colazione è ottima e servita con eleganza

A limpeza do chão do quarto, não era feita. A casa de banho inundava do piso de cima. O quarto era minúsculo. E tendo durante anos ficado neste hotel, desta vez a coisa correu mal e não voltarei a ficar lá
