Ottimo hotel, consigliato
Pros:

Cercavamo un hotel vicino alla Fenice per assistere a uno spettacolo. L'Hotel Kette è vicinissimo, merita le 4 stelle. Posizione centrale vicina ai negozi di lusso. Stanza ampia, pulitissima e silenziosa. Personale impeccabile

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione aggiungendo uova e Bacon e maggior assortimento dolce, comunque la colazione è ottima e servita con eleganza

Uma ilusão convertida em desilusão

Cons:

A limpeza do chão do quarto, não era feita. A casa de banho inundava do piso de cima. O quarto era minúsculo. E tendo durante anos ficado neste hotel, desta vez a coisa correu mal e não voltarei a ficar lá

A great location for visiting the city of Venice with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent for many of the sites I wished to see. The room was large and comfortable, and it was helpful to have a kettle available for hot drinks. I overlooked a canal, which was good, it was nice to be able to hear water traffic now and again being in Venice. The bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast was good with a good quality of coffee, and the staff at breakfast and on reception were helpful when I had questions.

Cons:

It was a shame that the bar was closed, so there was little opportunity to relax outside of the bedroom in the evenings. I did not want cleaning every day, so I used the do not disturb sign, but the cleaners still knocked and asked, which felt wrong when I had asked not to be disturbed; however, they were very polite. It might be helpful to have a separate sign for guests to use when they do not want cleaning that day.

la struttura é situata in una posizione strategica, 5 minuti da San Marco, la pulizia dell’albergo é molto curata, personale gentile e disponibile, una bella e apprezzata sorpresa é stato ricevere la stanza con terrazza senza richiesta preventiva

Cons:

mancanza del bidet nel bagno un po angusto e poco pratico per la mancanza di mensole e porta asciugamani. La sala colazione in proporzione al numero di ospiti é piccola, il buffet é un po limitato per la categoria. I materassi secondo il mio gusto sarebbero da rivedere.

Pros:

Hotel kette was a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, really nice room with windows overlooking the beautiful streets below. We were able to take a water taxi from the back door directly to the airport.
