We stayed only 2 days but the central location near waterfront and bi centennial park were great
All good . The lady at reception did not know that on Northern Territory Day the location of the fireworks
breakfast is WONDERFUL
Great location. Terrific breakfast. Nice executive lounge and view. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Comfy room upgraded to sea view.
Aircon was quite noisy during the night. Nowhere to really hang anything in bathroom. No wine glasses in room which should be a no brainer on an executive floor.
Staff was great. Good ambience
No car park and not enough space for drop offs at the front. I would expect these from a 5 star hotel
The staff were very attentive, contacting us via text every day to make sure we were happy and was there anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable.
Breakfast was delicious and variety very good.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
The staff were courteous and helpful and the food in the Pepperberry and Palm Court were well prepared and enjoyable. We didn't use much of the Executive lounge as there wasn't time but appreciated having it available.
Placement. Where I wanted. Enjoyed breakfasts & pool.
Nothing
Convenience, location, generous room size, ensuite size and fitout, breakfast choices though not extensive were entirely adequate and the omelettes were excellent,
Maybe better pillows but there were plenty so not a great problem
All went well
Location
Our options were between the Hilton and Mindil Beach Resort, and we ended up going with the Hilton— I was highly disappointed in the quality of the hotel, the outdated rooms, I had to get my room changed due to the AC leaking all over the floor, the pool was also highly disappointing with rust at the bottom, the breakfast was definitely not worth the price, and there were only two employees who I would consider friendly and who provided exceptional service. In addition, the conjoining rooms—you can hear EVERYTHING from the other room! My last complaint is the hotel smell. Usually you love a hotel smell when walking into the lobby, but we thought the smell as well as the toiletry scents were old and outdated and not fresh smelling. My coworker had to change rooms twice as well. For the price as well as being one of the ‘better’ hotels offered in Darwin, this location needs a lot of improvement…choose the Mindil Beach Resort!
Chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur mer
Overal is over nagedacht.
Dinner in hotel tasty.
Over priced though it had a view . But no ambience in room, no welcome or any information in the room. An empty fridge except for milk capsules.
This was a post cruise stay booked independently of the cruise company.
Early arrival and checked in by the fantastic Runa. My exec room was ready so I dropped my bags and headed off for the day, along with another pax who was inclusive.
Room: Really impressed but surprised there were no USB ports beside the bed of desk. I was told later there was one in the clock. Great view over the water, nice seating and comfy bed.
Bathroom was well equipped and shower with good pressure.
Club Lounge: More than adequate, crumbed prawns and spring rolls, small baguettes, salad, cheeses, deserts, an array of different styles of wine. My only gripe would be the lounge is not open early in the morning and I would have liked a cappuccino.
Breakfast is served down in the main area and I was a little surprised that there is no hot option at all for Exec Lounge guests. TBH the buffet brekafast lacked pizzazz.
Parking, valet or otherwise. $49 is not bad price, unfortunately, it was really hard to find a spot to pull up as all spaces were full. I did not a message on one car about not leaving vehicles...Huge shout out again to Runa who came to my rescue.
Pool: not many people around so we were able to choose our spot. Water temp was perfect and the sail meant I wasn't in the sun.
Location: I preferred this to the waterfront. I'm sure it was much quieter.
Stay again... yep..
