Immaculate like a 5 star hotel should be so definitely met our expectations. Staff went over and above. Breakfast buffet amazing. We had a view of Darwin harbour which was awesome. We also ordered room service for dinner and it was the best room service food we have ever had. Comfortable beds

Vor allem sehr freundliches Personal. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen alle Infos. Vielen Dank an Dipesh Gautam. Im Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich von Kelsey bedient, die auch Zeit für ein Gespräch mit uns hatte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Location was good- Breakfast was good too...
We arrived on X-Mas Day and the hotel did not have any food for lunch to offer and everything outside was closed , in the end we had coffee at the hotel with some crackers. Rather not nice for an international Hotel not to serve lunch for guests when there is nothing else open in town! Overall restaurant staff were too slow and not super attentive that you would expect from Hilton. The bathroom in the room was not the best and without a door the water kept pouring out, we used Pool towels all over the floor to keep it a bit drier. Pool on upper floor is outdated and has rust marks inside the pool, my son looked at it and didn't want to swim in it.

The mold in the shower shocked us completely. Sliding door in the shower wasn't work properly and we couldn't close it. 3 days I was waiting for the spare bed sheets as It was too hot to sleep and cover myself under dooner.
Great staff who sent text messages to check we were happy with the stay. Staff also assisted with a taxi late at night for our flight. Extra pillows were provided quickly. Lifts worked quickly. Great Tv and movie selection. Good security.

Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and location was very central.
Likes: Room was good, Loved the buffet breakfast and coffee from the barista was superb. Staff were excellent and the bed was great.
Dislikes: parking. had to park on the street and many people parking at the entrance to the Hotel was not good. Bathroom shower was very noisy for some reason. Mould in the bathroom around the caulking but not too bad.
