Great stay .
Pros:

Nice and quiet . Thanks to the housekeeping team for cleaning my room - tidy the bed, and clean fresh towels . Well done

Cons:

Two nights I wanted to have dinner at the salt bush restaurant. Rang the kitchen they said I just have to walk in . So came there for two nights they said it’s fully booked I have to come back later on . That’s sucks .

Great location. Great restaurants. Rooms and other ammenities very average.

It was in Alice Springs.

Cons:

On check in it was very difficult to understand the person - a very broad overseas accent. Room had NO toilet brush or tissues. The fridge was in a sunken position as the carpet was higher than the door bottom. So it was very difficult to open and close. Air conditioner worked maybe 50% of what it should. Car park was a fair way from the rooms with gravel base in the car park near the pathway and no trolley to assist. Boom gate on car park RARELY worked. The sounds from above us were loud due to mainly thin ceiling structures.

Quiet, comfortable and spotless rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic Stay! The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped and staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location, quiet at night and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything - for $30 pn more than desert palms you get facilities and luxury - a bar with an excellent cocktail (infused gin ), multiple restaurants, room service for when the bar shuts, decent coffee , as well as green spacious area with a pool v scenic. Room clean, good size, functional ie decent mini fridge that actually got water cold in a decent time frame.

Cons:

Someone else's Dirty room service plates left outside my room for some hours after check in

Could do with soundproofing next renovation but I had my earplugs
