Comfortable stay
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was spacious, clean and safe. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, it's rare to experience both in the same hotel! For a light sleeper, I found the hum of the aircon too distracting to sleep. I am curious if all the rooms share this issue. That being said, this probably wouldn't register for most people. If you have an upcoming trip to Alice Springs, I highly recommend Double Tree.

Holiday in Alice and day trip to Uluru.
Pros:

Check in was ok but staff gave wrong information. They they will hold $50 but it was per day. He gave wrong price of breakfast that was $38 instead of $28 . Also could not give me information about the bus to the town.
The room was nice and cleaning staff were lovely too.
It was far to the town and taxi fares vary frim$10.50 to $14.

La moquette nelle camere e le parti tipo scale e ascensori poco pulite.
In camera abbiamo trovato almeno tre scatafaggi e ne ho visti anche nella zona colazione.
Decisamente poco pulito!

despite the above, glad with the accommodation
Pros:

I cut my foot on glass that was on the carpet as I stepped off the bed. I reported to staff who obviously have failed to vaccuum. No one came to fix it.

Cons:

bottles with body lotion or shampoo were empty
