Professional, luxurious in a great location
Pros:

Great location - easy, flat walk to town but quiet and luxurious

Cons:

Very long walk from reception to the lifts and then the rooms - a small trolley for luggage would be helpful!

Pros:

Room was quite spacious which was good. Breakfast pretty standard. Very common in NT to charge extra for barista coffee and Hilton Doubltree no exception. Pool was lovely (though we didn't swim). Really good fitness centre. Had lunch at Hanuman which was really good.

Cons:

Website is a bit out of date e.g. says the main restaurant is open for lunch which It wasn't while we're there. Also the QR codes at the pool were out of date. Bathrooms a little dated (but clean and functional).

Road trip into Australia’s Red Centre.
Pros:

Location is great here in Alice. Atmosphere of hotel is relaxed and warm. Rooms very comfortable with the world’s largest snuggly pillows. Great value of this stay allowed us to relax after our road trip into the red centre.

It is way out of town. So make sure you have a car.
The hotel is a bit tired for a Hilton but charges Hilton prices.

Great Experience
Pros:

We recently spent three nights at the Double Tree Alice Springs. The staff was friendly. The check-in process was efficient--our room wasn't available yet, but they were able to get us into a similar room with a great view of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We got great sleep. We also had the breakfast package, and the breakfast buffet was terrific--everything from fresh made omelettes to waffles, to sausage, to fruit, and toast. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Quite comfortable and helpful. Very noisy next door room and we were relocated without question. Quite impressed.

Very comfortable & loved the heated pool
Pros:

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, good meal options (we had dinner in one of the restaurants) and the heated pool was wonderful! Close to clubs and botanic gardens.

Very nice hotel in Alice Springs
Pros:

We enjoyed 3 nights recently whilst on our Fun over 50’s tour. Away from the centre but walkable. Very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Our room had a deck with chairs and table overlooking the golf course. We enjoyed drinks in the bar on a couple of occasions and had dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant. Food was plentiful and good.

It’s a very beautiful place and the staff are great, food is great as well

I paid extra for a mountain view and didn’t receive it, also there was no fan in the bathroom to clear steam, I’d their was it didn’t work,

Pros:

Easy to get to and not on the main business/traffic roads. Breakfast buffet & friendly staff. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was a long walk from the parking lots to the room if you’re hauling a lot of heavy luggage. Left parking lot provided a great view of the garbage collection area which negatively impacted the perception of the hotel.
