Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

There was water damage throughout. There were some updates done to the room, but the other issues killed the experience for us. Our room smelled of urine. I requested freshly laundered duvets and was only brought duvet covers. We had three people in our group and only two bath towels. The AC did not cool well. Definitely do not recommend this property.

It's ok to spend a night for a quick affordable room but don't look for too much quality.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn't change my payment method at the property. The food was subpar. The furniture is the room is worn and tattered. It is time for an upgrade, especially for the expectations of a Hampton Inn. I couldn't get a paper receipt at checkout to show charges and/or refunds.
