Great place . Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Bed are comfortable and room was clean.
It is not handicapped friendly. I booked my room then called and was told that it would be handicap accessible, it was not! I am in a wheelchair and very glad I had someone with me because the office isn't even wheelchair accessible. Needs to be updated. Couldn't even fit my wheelchair in the bathroom the doors are not wide enough.
We were visiting family in Waterville and chose the Fireside Inn to stay. It was a very clean and well maintained property with a lovely restaurant.

The facility was very accommodating in having a handicap room. We would of had to change reservations if my husband had to climb any type of stairs

Our first night was in one of the older rooms which was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed it. Our trip ended up close to the same area on the way back so we called and they held a room for us. We were in one of the newly updated rooms the second night. Updates are great and the room was even better. We will be back.
The renovated rooms were perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly and amazing.
More than 20 kids running and playing around, making a LOT of noise our corridor for more than an hour late a night past 22:30. I tried calling the service nobody answered…. Terrible experience.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating to our family. We were there with our baseball team and they ensured we had a space to gather when it was raining outside, to be together and to not disturb other guests.
The cot for the room was uncomfortable, but everything else was great.
Stayed 3 nights at the inn in an upgraded room. It was great! Newly remodeled. Very clean and modern. The bedding was super comfortable. The AC worked amazing during a July heat wave. The pool was refreshing and very clean. DeeDee and Lily were very friendly and helpful at the front desk! Would definitely recommend!
