Loved the decor, the food exeptional.most staff charming
I had particularly asked for room with a bath and even rang to check, but was given a shower.
Could feel the springs in matress, but was a double bed so could get comfortable
Staff on arrival needs training.
All of my stay, felt comfortable and safe .

The area is beautiful. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and professional.
Bedrooms are all a good size, We had booked 5 rooms and happy with the space in all of them. The restaurant was lovely, nice views. The food was really tasty couldn't fault it. Nice pint 👌 reasonably priced. I would stay here again.
The hotel is dated - curtains in bedrooms needs to be changed, and a deeper clean needed. Television very small in bedroom and no TV down in the bar area.
One of the bedrooms only had a bath, the shower had broken and was taken out.
Charged on arrival for our dog hotel ran out of gas so couldn't cook our evening meal or breakfast the following day which was our final day so left hungry
The staff were helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable.
The WiFi in our rooms was a bit spotty. The shower was a little small for our son. However, he is 6ft 4, so that often happens. Ours was fine!
The only thing i liked about this place was leaving
Moldy walls, room smelt musty and sweaty, there was brown dirt behind toilet, loose plug socket ,the view from our upstairs room in the Aslan suite was of a wall and an electricity pylon, over 5 minutes for hot water for a wash or bath.
We left our room for a walk after 10pm and the bar was shut and no one on reception so you couldnt get a drink if you wanted to relax or have a night in the hotel bar.
On returning our card key for our room wouldnt work when we swiped it. We went to reception which was empty, we rang the bell no one came, we rang the contact number off booking.com and the phone in reception started ringing, so theres no staff around after 10pm.
Only when another guest came down to get something from his car he said his card key worked on all the rooms, we went back to the room and he opened our door with his key otherwise id have had to kick the door in or slept in the car. We couldnt leave because all our stuff was in the room.So anyone can get in your room if you go out somewere, not very secure is it. Absolute disgrace of a hotel .
It was fine
Room needed painting
Just a great place.
The room was fine, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was disappointing.
The cooked breakfast
Location was perfect, ideal for exploring Anglesey
We stayed here over 10 years ago and were very satisfied, however this time the hotel didn't seem to have had anything done. The carpets were frayed, the room had had a cheap makeover and there was a leak on the ceiling which looked like it had been there for a while.
Staff were super friendly and the food was very good. The location was continently close to Holyhead
The rooms are tired and in need of a refresh.
The food in the restaurant was good. Service and friendliness of staff was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable.
Had to go to reception for some supplies to make a hot drink in our room.
Staff and food were great
