Excellent value, great night sleep.
Pros:

The hotel looks absolutely brilliant from the outside, great location and very reasonably priced.
Food offering was very good, food was excellent and again food and drink were both reasonably priced.

The bed was very comfortable and I had a decent night's sleep and even though there was a function going on directly below my room I hardly noticed it.

Room was clean, facilities were good and overall it was a nice hotel.

All the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

My only criticism really is that the hotel was a little dated, my description to my partner was "you could tell this used to be a really nice hotel" and that's not meant in a bad way, but just more that it could do with a bit of a revamp.

The wifi was good up until you got to the restaurant area where it was non existent so I had to keep going into the lobby to use it and the corridors were a little dark so would benefit from some more modern lighting.

In terms of the room, there were plug sockets but none near the bed, the decor looks like it was last updated in the 80's, my door was one of a few that still had key entry as most others seemed to be a card and the lock was a little difficult to get the key into.
This however is reflected in the price of the room so in terms of value for money it's worth it.

Again, this is probably me being more overcritical than anything, I paid £85 for the room on a Friday night which I think is reasonable, the room was incredibly comfortable and i've stayed in more expensive places that weren't as good.
I'd definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to people but obviously manage your expectations, it's a 3 star hotel that starts from £65 for the night, it's not going to be the Savoy but you will get a good night's sleep, decent food and a hotel that is located next to some amazing views if you take a little walk around the local area.

'Never go to this hotel' .. and don't trust the ratings provided even when it looks marvellous...
Pros:

We did not stay here at all... stayed for 1 hour... treated terribly by reception on arrival, got to room through threadbare carpets throughout the hotel foyers, corridors etc.. smell of damp and musty.. room was absolutely awful.. have photos and video evidence to prove..
Couldn't sit on the bed, chair or floor as so dirty.. nobody at reception at 11.45pm so felt extremely vulnerable and scared so we left the key in the box on top of reception in front of some Arabic/Eastern furniture and left the hotel.
Have since contacted them through Booking.com and left complaint , explanations etc but have had no contact off Booking.com or Azim Fahim at hotel. I tried to cancel my payment in full as had to pay when booked. Demanding a Full refund due to faulty goods, misrepresentation of the quality of hotel, being totally ignored by Azim on my arrival as I entered hotel lobby after my partner, unsafe environment, unhealthy environment and within our booked room - damp spores on the ceilings, damp all around ceilings in bedroom and bathroom., awful smell of damp and mustiness in the room and worse when I opened some draws for storage.
We could not wait to get out of there , got into our car and locked all doors straight away as really we're scared and felt so vulnerable.. drove as quickly as possible off the car park and then about half an hour until we could check into a 'known' brand of hotel...
Booking.com's description of the hotel was a pleasant 6..I have many questions that need to be answered please..

Pros:

Large rooms clean and bed great.

Cons:

If you’ve got a pet be aware they will charge you £15.00 when you get there, should be put on Booking.com
The tv was ridiculously small for such a large room.

The bedding and pillows were nice, very clean just a damp room/wardrobe
Pros:

Not good, but liked the oj and the cup of tea. Requested poached egg and that was perfect!

Cons:

Hot breakfast had both hot and cold items, should have all been hot!fried bread was a crust(!!) and items were clearly reheated items. Had to launder items stored in wardrobe as smelled and unusable on break.no proper shower, spray was on taps but no holder to make shower nor curtain.

Pros:

Excellent location, great quality food at a great price and FABULOUS staff.

Cons:

Some bits of the hotel are a little tired but they are refurbishing some rooms and it’s reflected in the price.

I would be very interested to visit again next year to see how the renovations have improved things
Pros:

The staff were great from the moment we arrived. The hotel was undergoing renovations so certain areas were a bit "tired" but the public areas were quite comfortable.
Dinner was good but we left early for a ferry so didn't have breakfast.

Brilliant location for Holyhead
Pros:

Great location for getting to Holyhead for the ferry

Cons:

During our stay there was a function on downstairs so music was loud until late into the night, only downside to the stay. As we were up early for the ferry it was hard to sleep

Left after one night as so uncomfortable, damp, worn and generally miserable.
Pros:

Very, very tired and uncomfortable. So bad we only stayed one night of the two we booked for.

Cons:

Everything worn, mean in specification, not working, uncomfortable etc etc
