Nice staff, accommodations okay. Dining needs improvement.
Pros:

Location is convenient to Harvard. Clean rooms. The staff are lovely and generally very attentive.

Cons:

Food at breakfast and in the restaurant could be much better. Breakfast is overpriced and the coffee was not potable. The only thing I wanted to eat (oatmeal) was gone before breakfast was over. Fruit in the lobby basket was 😑 . I don’t like leaving reviews unless they are positive, but this properly really needs some improvement. Staff can’t work miracles without decent resources from management.

A nice night in Cambridge
Pros:

Overall great location! Not far from the city at all and parking available on site for 43$. Totally worth it to be honest! We didn’t notice until morning our sheets had some what looked like coffee stains- but since we didn’t notice sooner we didn’t put forth a complaint. Quiet and polite staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

It was nice and I’d stay there again.
Pros:

The receptionists, the voucher and breakfast, the convenient parking, and location by the river to walk.

Cons:

The comforter on the bed was not good as it was not really made and in three pieces. Also the heat didn’t go lower than 70 so for sleeping it was too hot so I opened the window which got too cold:(
