Pros:

Kahvaltıya bakan hanımefendi çok güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Banyo tıkandı, onu açtırdıktan sonra lavaboya kendiliğinden su doldu. Lağım kokusu vardı. Personel çok suratsızdı. Kar fırtınası batırmıştı, kurum içindeki restoran açık kalacağını demesine rağmen kapatıp gitti, aç kaldık!

Found a live mouse in our room
Pros:

Found a live mouse running across the floor of the room in the middle of the night. Very upsetting.

It was ok in the end but won’t stay there any more
Pros:

The room overall was clean. Spacious. Quiet.

Cons:

Air conditioner in the room was broken and the room was too cold. Called front desk twice but no one came to fix it. Had to go to the front desk to get help. It took more than 1 hour to get a space heater.
They charge destination fee and gave us a coupon which only redeemable at the “Japanese” restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant says “authentic Japanese”but they are actually authentic American Chinese restaurant. Anyway, the food wasn’t good.

A quiet retreat, just minutes from an eclectic selection of restaurants and entertainment.
Pros:

The front desk staff were timely & extremely helpful. They ensured the comfort of my staff was top notch.

Cons:

There could be some updates to the building. I had to sleep with the window open because the AC wasn’t working.

Pros:

I had a great experience here with Deyli behind the front desk. She was so responsive to our needs. The adjustments we needed were already planned in her head and so I give her a 10/10 for her support!

Was expensive for a cold room.
Pros:

Room was OK. Seemed clean. Breakfast was ok. Had to use $37 voucher for breakfast. Seems steep.

Cons:

There was no heat. The maintenance person came and gave me a space heater. Was either too hot if on over night or too cold if I turned it off at night. No one tried to fix it while I was there.
