Great location, staff was mostly friendly and attentive, room was comfortable
Parking cost was ridiculous. It went from $20.00 per day a few years ago to $45.00 per day. Crazy!
Location
When I got to first room there was a very load noise from corner of room. An old air conditioner heating unit the other side or partition. After a long day having to go back down to reception to request a room change which they did is annoying
Title: Acceptable Stay, but I Would Choose a Different Hotel Next Time
I stayed at the Courtyard Boston Cambridge for a few days during a business trip to Cambridge.
The hotel is somewhat dated and could definitely use some modernization. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, although the bathroom — especially the shower — felt a bit old.
Unfortunately, during my stay a very large school group arrived at the hotel. As a result, it was quite noisy at times, which is not ideal when you are traveling for business and need a quiet environment.
Overall, the price-performance ratio was acceptable and the stay was fine, but nothing particularly memorable.
For my next trip to Boston, I will most likely choose a different hotel.
FRee breakfast is a plus. Quiet rooms and nice facilities.
Not a thing.
We stayed here for the Nike Volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. Jerry the manager did the best he could to make things right but this hotel stay was the WORST in my 51 years of hotel stays. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Boston and hotels in other major cities in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Costa Rica and never had a RAT in my room.
The second night we were there, I was told that two of my daughter’s volleyball teammates had ‘mice’ in their rooms and were moved. We took precautions in our room (putting all food in the fridge, throwing our food garbage out in the main lobby, wiped down all surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes, and packing up and zipping our suitcases). Then I wake up to a lady yelling in the hallway about rats and having a baby in her room. We should have left that night because sure enough, the next night there was a RAT that ran by the armchair through a hole in the wall that was behind the chair. The manager moved us and comps but both Friday and Saturday night as well as for parking. But still. Worst experience ever.
Property was clean & breakfast buffet was a hit
Parking was $45 nd it was included in my rate byt we didn’t use parking
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
I loved staying here. it's close to a TJ's which is helpful and the people at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. I felt safe coming home by myself at night and the room was inviting and clean. Deyli was especially helpful, professional, and friendly at the front desk. Would definitely come back!
This is my second time staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel both times due to its proximity to the MIT campus. The rooms are mediocre, they need renovated and updated for what they charge per night. The pillows are lumpy. They charge a $32 per day "resort fee". When you check in they give you coupons for $32 for each night you stay to use in their Japanese steakhouse (I don't like that type of food) or their morning bistro. If I am out of town and spending $32 on breakfast, I am going to go eat at a decent restaurant, not mediocre hotel breakfast food. They have sensors in the room now that "detect" smoke. I am perfectly fine with that, as I do not smoke, vape, nothing. I am having to fight a $500 charge for their smoke detector sensor going off in my room, on a day and time when I was not even in the room. The manager on duty at the time ( I didn't get his name, but it was February 17th, 2026 in the morning when I talked to him) was not helpful or friendly at all. He was not willing to help me get the charge taken off, told me it was what it was and accused me of smoking or vaping in the room. I asked him to pull hallway cameras to see that I had left the room and wasn't in the room at that time, and I was told that there are no cameras in the hallways. Very poor customer service from the manager.
Kahvaltıya bakan hanımefendi çok güler yüzlüydü.
Banyo tıkandı, onu açtırdıktan sonra lavaboya kendiliğinden su doldu. Lağım kokusu vardı. Personel çok suratsızdı. Kar fırtınası batırmıştı, kurum içindeki restoran açık kalacağını demesine rağmen kapatıp gitti, aç kaldık!
Convenient location.
