The pool was cold. The hot tub didn't look clean. The ice machine is broken on the main level. Under renovations. The beds were hard. The Internet kept disconnecting. . Very disappointed.
The check-in was smooth and easy. Nice to have a pool on the premises., Room was spacious and pretty well equipped.
The hallways and room lighting are kind of dark. Renovations are taking place so that will help. The desk space for checking emails etc on our laptop was set really high, not good for a normal height person.
Location, price, nice room
Small pool
Everything was great!

Chambre lits propreté spa.
Piscine non chauffée
Our room was newly refurbished and was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
Although the bathroom was completely redone and includes a much appreciated walk-in shower with great water pressure, there were two oversights. There were no towel racks anywhere and no toilet tissue holder. Rather inconvenient.
The breakfast buffet was adequate but basic. Not sure why we had to bus our own dishes while a server just stood by the dirty dish trolley. The breakfast room is clean, quiet and nicely decorated.
We spent one night at this place in July 2026 with a group organized by Gendron Golf. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was worrying: most of the outdoor lamp posts were broken, weeds everywhere, and you could easily believe the place was closed… The lobby was dirty, you could barely see the fish through the algae in the aquarium, and a strong smell of humidity greeted us.
The kitchen was closed for renovations without any prior notice (which was probably a blessing, in hindsight). The nearest restaurants are a 15‑minute drive away: American chains, quite underwhelming after ten hours on the road…
The pool and spa in the “Court Yard” were not inviting: suspicious color and smell. The rooms were relatively clean but badly in need of renovation: worn furniture, stained carpets and walls. The only positive point: the water pressure in the shower was spectacular…
The included breakfast was buffet‑style: eggs floating in water, dry sausages, indescribable bacon, toast, and a few bananas. Everything was cold…
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone in its current condition…
The room we had was newly renovated so it was clean
No heated pool as stated. No hot tub as stated. Pillows were horrible should have been changed months ago. Television is on airwaves and you can’t receive a solid channel to watch tv
Worst breakfast: food finished in an hour, and no one is there to refill; no towel in the room; no water bottle provided , bad service
Pleasant staff
Shower stall had no mat and no.place to put shampoo erc
The room was totally fine, breakfast was ok
We didn't feel comfortable using the pool and hottub as the family in there had children and we debated how clean it was.
In expensive and driving range outback
Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and can't bring food to the room. Not helpful when you have a teen who sleeps in.
