The a/c in the room worked well. The motel was quiet.

Cons:

We booked this place based on positive reviews. Maybe these reviews were from the 70s or 80s. This is an old motel.
Other than the newer mini split ac unit that worked well, nothing else did. The sink didn't drain, the TV remote didn't work, tiny toiletries, one washcloth. The shower was terrible. The breakfast was limited and not much of what they did have was put out. I was afraid to book the motel 6 down the street but that would have been better. This place should be charging 47 not 147.

Everything was good other than it was super loud until late and then there was some guys yelling and like trying to fight super early. There was kids running and laughing and yelling up and down the halls until lat at night.

Also they wouldnt let us check in early so we werent able to get into the room until like 10pm. we were here for a birthday party. When we arrived in town early and didnt have anywhere to go we had to just cross into mexico for our engagement... so we had a $150 room to sleep and leave

Hotel and staff very good , food not as much.

Unexpectedly Good
Pros:

Large, well equipped rooms (microwave, refrigerator, desk, outlets, cushioned chair). Lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. Pool area was beautiful . Breakfast was unexpectedly good compared to how inexpensive this hotel is. Plenty of free parking. Close to restaurants. Hotel staff make up the room every day without being asked.

Cons:

I never saw any live cockroaches, but I had a couple of dead ones appear in the morning. Being on the first floor in an area where cockroaches are prevalent it wasn't too bad. I assume they were making an attempt to get rid of them as they were always dead.
