Pros:

It was clean and cozy

Cons:

I felt the staff could've helped more than they did during checkin there was an issue with the card booking had on file making the payment not process which delayed us checking in I had to call booking myself to get the issue corrected we were in a rush already to get to the room to get ready for a concert we were there for...we finally get to the room and when going to shower the water pressure was horrible making us delayed even more ...we were almost 2 hours late...I tried calling to complain but got no answer ...at checkout the manager stated they couldn't compensate since we purchased the reservation via third party...they offered points for a future stay but I do not plan on booking at any of these hotels again...to top it off the complimentary breakfast was not provided due to an issue in the kitchen...total fail won't recommend to anyone.

Poor quality hotel
Pros:

Just one thing which closer to Gillette stadium

Cons:

Very poor quality breakfast, poor front desk staff ( they need training to be very professional with guests). Also, poor quality carpets everywhere.
