Cons:

The room setup was not what we expected and not enough privacy to accommodate 3 individuals. (Ordered suite with separate sitting area and pull out bed- both beds were in the same area)

We were there for less than 24 hours. I had time to do cardio, sleep, and eat breakfast!
Pros:

The fitness center was nice. The room was nice. The elevators worked (and in my experiences in other hotels this was not necessarily the case!). It is VERY convenient to where my son lives.

Cons:

The lobby and hallways are beginning to show signs of the hotel’s popularity.

Overall good experience, I’d stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. My daughter loved it.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the sheets didn’t fit the bed so half the mattress was exposed and the sheets came off if you moved.

Large bed, spacious room, spacious shower and bathroom

Cons:

Was not welcomed to property, was treated with aggravation. Not told what room i was in, ciulsnt even find the front desk host when she saw me she kept working with coffee and didnt greet
Wouldnt answer front desk phone and was upset when i went to find her to ask for the pillows i requestwd
Also did not like the tiny pillows and the small amount of pillows. They look like pieces of chiclet gum on the bed, underwhelming and setting me up for a terrible which i did have because there were not enough pillows.
The person at the desk was agitated i found her and asked for pillows and that she had to look for some and was extremely rude. I regret i went to this hotel. However when i checked out the young man at the front desk was joyful, energetic and has awesome manners. It is unfortunate for my experience that he was not the welcome i had the previous evening.
