Friendly, clean and comfy
Pros:

Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly helpful staff greeted us. The breakfast was excellent and the area was neatly kept and well supplied. We’d stay there again.

Very disappointed in the way the overcharge has not been handled.
Cons:

Our room was by the elevators. It was extremely noisy. I was overcharged for the room (almost twice the amount) and got the run around about getting my $$ returned.

Good stay overall
Pros:

Very good location.

Cons:

Staff room was next to our room and every morning between 4-6 am someone would start watching tv and it was so loud it woke us every day
