Very kind and attentive front desk workers
The pool is only 3 feet deep ): if you want to actually swim, you should probably book elsewhere
My daughter and I checked in really late like after midnight and our room was right by the desk area which made it a lot easier to find. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable
The pool area is perfect for smaller aged children. My grandkids are 9 and 7. They didn’t have to wear their life jackets. Its deepest is 4feet.
Hot tub was out of order
Room was very good, but TripAdvisor sent us to the wrong property

Nice, quiet room that was clean with a refrigerator, microwave and a safe. Breakfast was quick to access and had items I normally eat yogurt, raisin bran cereal, milk, apple juice. Bed was comfortable and soft sheets.

The hot tub was out of commission and the pool dept wasn't convenient for adults only 3.5 ft and a square shape to swim.

the girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
Room smelled like feces. Hallway smelled like dirty carpet. There was a dirty washcloth hanging up over the shower rail in the bathroom. The bedding smelled stall. Curtain liner had holes in it.
Breakfast was good, but the seating area is too small. Also, there was a hose to the broken pool that was leading from the front door past the breakfast area into the pool.
I was told that the only rooms with queen sized beds were on the second floor, two 66-year-olds and a 64-year-old had to carry large heavy luggage to the second floor. I asked to be on the first floor but there were no double queen beds on that floor!
The remote stopped working and the phone in the room did not work until I went to the front desk for help. Many channels on the TV were frozen and not working. Also, I asked for the manage to contact me during our stay but that never happened. The place was moderately clean. Around the mirror in our room which had been painted was old masking tape.
Very pleasant stay. Very relaxing and quiet . Very clean.
THE OWNER....FAILED TO TELL ME ( AFTER CHECKING IN ) HE HAD NO....WATER....YES....NO WATER.....I wanted my money back....he refused....
