nasty dirty broke down hotel !!
Pros:

the bed was comfy ! that's the only thing I liked about the place!

Cons:

this place is a dump , staff was not friendly at all , they need to shut down and do a major upgrade on everything! paint was flaking off the walls , tiles cracked , gaps in doors , I could go on forever ! 300+ a night to stay here , you kind of expect more !! there is no place to park , homeless begging you at the front door ! just a dump !!!!!

Overpriced for its quality
Pros:

Expensive for the service received. The room had a humidifier that was extremely noisy and didn't allow a good night sleep. The breakfast lacked healthy options except for occasional piece of fruit (yogurt was advertised but not present). The pool was closed despite being a holiday weekend and advertised as open for the season starting April. Room size was big and bed comfortable. Please be advised that a car will be needed even if not far from city center.

Great parking and breakfast, but disappointed by the cold pool and the lack of promised amenities.
Pros:

I loved being able to park on the same level as my room; it made getting to the car so much easier. It was also nice that there was plenty of available parking at a decent rate compared to other downtown locations. Additionally, they had a good selection of breakfast items.

Cons:

The hotel isn't within walking distance of much. The heated pool was cold and not very enjoyable. Although the sign stated a 19-person capacity, there were only four other people there with us, and it definitely wouldn't have fit many more. When we checked in, they mentioned complimentary coffee and tea, but we never found it. We usually enjoy having ice water, but even though there was an ice machine, we never located the promised complimentary water, coffee, or tea.

Dirty Dilapidated Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is overpriced, for the quality of the rooms. Rooms are old and worn. Bathroom door was peeling and wouldn’t lock. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Tiles were moldy The soap dispensers in the shower were falling off the wall. There were stains on the carpet. Parking lot is small and we needed to park in a parking garage next to the hotel and walk to the hotel. The walk isn’t far but for older adults, it could be difficult.

Good hotel but not great
Pros:

Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. Location is good to all parts of the city. Hotel needs updating. Carpets torn and worn. Hallways not vacuumed daily. Is the breakfast area did not have the trash cans emptied, and they were overflowing. The tables were not wiped down after people left and were sticky.

Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious enough, coffee in the room with a nice TV. Bathroom, however, had mold and mildew in spots around the shower and we had to use a rag wedged in the shower door to keep it closed while showering

Not good
Pros:

Nothing maybe the size of the room

Cons:

Everything The toilet did not work and took 2 days to fix. The lady at check in was not nice. Had to wait 30 minutes after check in to actually get our room. They did not give us pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa. Took until the second day to get a pillow for the pull out sofa.

It was fine, utilitarian and met our need.
Pros:

Convenient to downtown

Cons:

Parking off campus a bit inconvenient. Only one person at check-in desk created a wait.
