Pros:

Madison was absolutely wonderful and accommodating and willing to make things right within our stay. She was fabulous despite the circumstances.

the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Pros:

very little and tight parking. Room was very small. i was traveling for medical purposes at MUSC. I also think the rates for the rooms are way too high.

It's okay for a one night sleep.
Pros:

Very little parking next to the hotel. Most of the parking is in a multilevel garage across the street.

Not sure if I would stay there again considering the parking situation.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Having to walk from a parking garage to the hotel was unacceptable. There should be a better way of reaching the hotel without having to go outside. It was extremely hot and it was taxing to have to carry luggage from one location to another!

The staff , room and breakfast was wonderful!
Pros:

The breakfast. The staff. My daughter left her glasses and they are in the process of mailing them back to us. I am very appreciative for their efforts.

So disappointed with this hotel room.
Pros:

The location was great. But there was an abandoned high rise building next door that made the property seem a little scary.

The staff was nice enough. But they didn’t do anything about the moldy bathroom situation.

Cons:

The bathroom was sub par. The door was disintegrating at the bottom on the inside. There was no fan. Mold and mildew was thick and black all around the shower/tub. Truly unpleasant and nasty.
We told the front desk and they apologized. But nothing else. The next day, after we left, the manager on duty called me and offered to give me 40,000 points for the disappointment. Those points never have been applied to my account.
