Pros:

Nothing maybe the size of the room

Cons:

Everything The toilet did not work and took 2 days to fix. The lady at check in was not nice. Had to wait 30 minutes after check in to actually get our room. They did not give us pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa. Took until the second day to get a pillow for the pull out sofa.

I was charged 57.36 after check out additional fees . Came out parking 15$ *3 times and employee . Alisha advised to do despiute with the bank?? What kind of service is that?

We were only there for 1 night for a hospital visit but would definitely go back.
Pros:

Husband said the Breakfast was great unfortunately I couldn't go enjoy it due to going to Hospital .
Everything was great we will be back when we need to come down that way.

Cons:

Would like to have been able to eat supper there instead of walking to the Ramada. Also us older folk prefer a higher Toilets. Makes an older person fell like they are fallingand its hard to get back up.

Not sure if I would stay there again considering the parking situation.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Having to walk from a parking garage to the hotel was unacceptable. There should be a better way of reaching the hotel without having to go outside. It was extremely hot and it was taxing to have to carry luggage from one location to another!

very little and tight parking. Room was very small. i was traveling for medical purposes at MUSC. I also think the rates for the rooms are way too high.

The breakfast. The staff. My daughter left her glasses and they are in the process of mailing them back to us. I am very appreciative for their efforts.
