Advertised as property with free parking, but it’s a garage across an alley and no close handicapped places for elderly or wheelchairs.
Hôtel bien situé à 8 minutes de voiture du quartier historique. Déjeuner excellent (mention à l’employé qui s’assurait de changer les plats pour avoir toujours du frais). Hôtel et chambre propre.

The pool area was horrible. I injured my knee getting in/out of the pool. The stairs are absolutely horrible. I saw a number of heavier set ladies struggling to get in and out.

Said the rooms weren't clean and my reservation was not available. Staff acted very strange. 2 staff followed us out as we were leaving . 1 hiding behind pillar not realizing I could see his face & lady acting strange also. Glad it didn't work out. Didn't feel welcomed or comfortable there. Bizarre experience

it was noisy and the food places next to the hotel was closed and wasnt said on the website so had to travelto get food and i pick that hotel due to the proximity of food places
This place sucks was my worst hotel stay ever. Late check in, no towels both days until requested, smoke alarm went off early morning both nights just due to humidity, tv channels didn’t work and when requested service never showed until the next night.

Everything else. Location was pretty terrible. Everything was expensive Uber rides, and never once had an early room clean so the cleans never happened. Bathroom was pretty nasty, and the door to our room did not even close all the way. Comparable to $50/night motels that I’ve been to. Staff wasn’t the friendliest, didn’t have change for the washer and dryer, did not have pool towels. And again location was not good.
This…was kinda rough. The staff were doing their best with what they had but: the room was falling apart, there was a doggy odor and yellow stains on the curtains. But most importantly THERE WERE NO TOWELS. Ive stayed at some pretty rough places but they’ve always had towels and washcloths. We get in and there was 1 singular hand towel in the entire room. The pool area had no towels. The front desk was offering no towels or apologies. We had to go and buy what we needed for the first night and the next day we only got towels, still no washcloths.
Drinks in the lounge were expired.
Parking was expensive and unsafe.
Breakfast was limited and sad.
Corporate has completely abandoned this location. I would not stay again.
Did not get the king suite we booked. 1 wash cloth in 4 days.

The location & pictures on IHG.com are the reason I chose this property, upon arrival we were given very vague instructions on where to park & how to enter the hotel. Where we were told to park there were no luggage carts, so we had to carry everything down a sidewalk through a grass area covered in dog feces. I didn’t know that this property accepted pets or I would NOT have stayed here because I’m allergic to dogs. When we finally got to the room, we couldn’t get in, the door was stuck, we pushed it in & then it wouldn’t shut, I went to the bathroom I saw that it was in very poor condition. I took pictures to document this. Then we went to the pool, the area is clean but it definitely needs to be upgraded. There were no towels, I went to the front desk to get towels & tell the manager about the issues we were having. She offered to move our room & I asked if someone was going to help us because there were no luggage carts. She said she would send someone up to the room to fix the door. They did fix the door but now it won’t lock. Later on I pulled out the sofa bed to make it & there were dirty sheets inside from the previous guests. I called the front desk & asked them to send someone up to get them. I was not happy.
The second day still no pool towels, not enough towels in our room either.
