I won’t be coming back
Pros:

Bed was not comfortable, pictures from internet look better then what it really is - false presentation. Restroom door didn’t close.

Cons:

Dogs barking at 4 am Monday. Then Tuesday night 4 Mexican guy's were smoking pot and getting drunk playing load music until 1 am. Right outside my door.

Half good/half bad
Pros:

It was close to attractions.

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable, saw a few bugs, room door was not leveled off, no shampoo/conditioner offered, ice bucket come with top, the room was supposed to be non- smoking but it smelled like smoke.

I was surprise when I arrived. Everything was ready for me.
Pros:

The front desk clerk, very polite and fast to get me to my room, the light and the ac were on, I felt like a king.

I forgot her name but the same young lady is there when I usually check in. The other lady is just as kind and polite as

Location, next-door is Shipley’s donuts on the other side is a 24 hour Jack-in-the-Box gas station across the street and a whole lot of restaurants around. Well managed clean property.

Cons:

Entrance is close to intersection the locals anticipate you and some are kind enough to let you through. Wait time isn’t bad.

Overall, the price was right. I would stay again.
Pros:

Location, cold room, felt safe, surrounded by local eats. 2 other room rented by my recommendation. They were very pleased with their rooms.

Cons:

There was an excessive amount of gnats in the room. Bathroom door was broken, could not close, frame was broken. I am a smoker, the room smelled like cigarettes (extreme).
