Buen lugar
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en la ciudad, se puede ir caminando si se quiere a los sitios turísticos de interés. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Mejoraría la iluminación de las habitaciones, realmente quedan algo oscuras porque lo que brinda mayor luz son lámparas y no directamente luz del cuarto. También mejoraría el olor que en ocasiones tienen los tapetes del pasillo e incluso de la habitación.

Lit et oreillers très confortables. Bien situé pour tout faire à pied

Cons:

Tapis dans les chambres. Et mauvaise surprise lors du départ, on m’a facturé des frais surprises de 14,99$. + taxes par nuit

Hotel pratique pour activité dans Ottawa centre, sans plus
Pros:

Situation géographique, amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Niveau d'isolation des chambres. Présence de chien dans les chambres qui jappe. Changement de chambre avec porte qui sépare avec la chambre voisine. On entend littéralement tout. Pas inspirant.

Walking distance to everything, very comfy bed.
Pros:

I thought the bed was amazing, super comfortable. Best part of the hotel is the location. If you have a car, just park it at the hotel(paid parking per night) and you can walk to just about everything. We walked to Chinatown, the Parliament, National Gallery Art Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, ByWard Market, Ottawa Art Gallery, Nature Museum, pretty much everything.

Cons:

For the most part I liked everything. If I had to nitpick, pay for parking. I feel every place near a downtown city does this so I guess I'm just used to it. The only other thing is they were doing construction on the building next door but like I said, nitpicking. All in all, this is a great hotel.
