Great service. Room wasn’t great.

Room was quite small with very limited storage space. There were no drawers!

Rooms are dated. Walls dinged. Dated bedding too. Bed was comfy though. Lighting was terrible blinding blue white lights all around.

Great, quiet and comfortable one-night stay for a Drag Show at the NAC, which is walking distance.

This Hotel is good value for your dollar and is in a great location central to downtown Ottawa.
Pros:

Our room was great. Large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, bar fridge and the best part was there were 2 comfy easy chairs (one with a foot stool) in the room so we could both relax without one of us having to sit on the bed or the desk chair. Staff were very friendly, especially the two Doormen (Hassam was one. Very pleasant). We also had breakfast at the Arc Lounge restaurant. The waitress was very nice and breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

The elevator was very slow and made me a bit anxious that it might not get to its destination. LOL.

Pros:

L’emplacement est super. À 10-15 minutes du parlement, canal rideau, centre d’achat, etc. Hotel propre et bien pour nos besoins.

Cons:

Le stationnement n’est pas inclus dans la réservation. Nous devons payer un surplus.

Pros:

Bien ubicado, habitación y baño correctos. El hombre que ayuda con el aparcamiento muy atento y agradable.

Cons:

Siendo que no era temporada alta y que no creo que el hotel estuviese al máximo, no me pareció correcto tener un dormitorio con una puerta que nos separaba de la habitacion contigua y por la que podíamos escucharlo todo como si se tratase de la misma habitación.
