Overall, everything was great. Would stay again.
Pros:

Didn’t have the breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Bed really comfy. Lounge staff (Nathan), exceptional.

Cons:

Room was dark and the bathroom was cold! Would have been nice if the bar was open later.

Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Room was clean.

Cons:

Parking onsite requires guests to walk through back ally to enter hotel which felt a little scary at night when alone. The room was clean but very worn. I couldn’t sleep for over an hour because city snow clearing below my window at 3 a.m. sounded like a construction zone inside the room.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location near the subway

Cons:

After making the reservation, I was fed up with the five automated emails I received every day. The room heater was so loud I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs, so I turned it off, but the next morning the room temperature became 16 degrees. I'm sure I'd catch a cold. The $20 breakfast promotion isn't worth it. I'd be far better off going to a nearby Starbucks or Second Cup. I thought I'd get a discount through Booking.com, but they charged a sustainability fee and the room rate ended up being much higher than I expected. It's a shame considering the location is great.

Location is good and the room was comfortable

Cons:

The main issue is parking. It’s very limited and first come first serve. I was directed to a near by parking lot that was close but I would have had to pay $45 just to park from 9 pm to 11 am the next day. I was not warned about that nor was I told I could likely find street parking for free overnight. That’s what winded up doing.
They also need to do a better job cleaning under the counter in the bathroom as it was not cleaned.

Pros:

otroligt bra Hotell, mycket trevligt personal vilket jag personligen uppskattar verkligen ganska socialt och hjälpsam och vägleda mig vad jag skulle göra under tiden jag var där, alltså personalen där 11/10!!

L'emplacement est la principale qualité de cet hôtel. Pour un court séjour, c'est très acceptable.

Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

I was so pleased to see how clean the bathroom was and the linens and towels smelled very fresh and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and service was great. I would definitely stay there again
