Pros:

Albergo molto elegante, con uno standard molto elevato. Stanza suite davvero bella, pulita e piena di comfort. Bagno e vasca super. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Posizione centrale, sia rispetto ai mezzi pubblici sia alle attrazioni della città. Super consigliato!!

Pros:

We stayed here in 2025 & returned in 2026. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Every day we'd have interactions with staff members. The hotel staff is helpful, polite and kind. Thankyou.

Loved the parking guy
Pros:

The guy who showed us how to park the car wad AWESOME!!!

Cons:

Air cooling was very loud. Bathroom was congested- kept knocking the tp off the holder. We stubbed our toes a few times coming out of the bathroom

Pros:

The Hotel is clean, modern, and is located perfectly for sightseeing.
The staff is very friendly.
I really enjoyed the possibility to book breakfast before arrival and had a great breakfast for a fair price.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed but needs refurbishing
Pros:

Superb location, staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, room very clean.

Cons:

The furnishings (apart from the bed) are old and need refreshing. The hallways are dark and not very welcoming.

Points positifs : l’hôtel est très bien situé et la chambre était propre.

Cons:

La chambre était petite pour les deux . De plus, le climatiseur et le système de ventilation étaient très bruyants. Un bourdonnement constant a résonné toute la nuit, ce qui a rendu difficile l’endormissement et le repos.

Good spot, shame about noisy AC
Pros:

Location. Staff friendly. Size of bed.

Cons:

2 sources of loud noise- hotel AC system, and rooms own AC. Really not acceptable 2 get a good night's sleep
