bästa hotell och bästa personal och service!
Pros:

otroligt bra Hotell, mycket trevligt personal vilket jag personligen uppskattar verkligen ganska socialt och hjälpsam och vägleda mig vad jag skulle göra under tiden jag var där, alltså personalen där 11/10!!

L'emplacement est la principale qualité de cet hôtel. Pour un court séjour, c'est très acceptable.

Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

I was so pleased to see how clean the bathroom was and the linens and towels smelled very fresh and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and service was great. I would definitely stay there again

Great hotel with underground parking close by, staff that go above and beyond, shout out the their valet, he was so help
Pros:

The location was amazing, so close to the venue we were visiting. Beds were super comfortable and food was great. Staff were also fantastic!

A welcome destination after a long drive.
Pros:

We had a horrible drive in the snow, so we’re so exhausted when we arrived. We found that we had been given a complimentary room upgrade and a free breakfast voucher, which made our day! The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Great staff, comfy beds, clean space
Pros:

good location for business and pleasure (ByWard Market and other attractions very walkable), the place was super clean.

Cons:

100% fluorescent lights in room made it less than comfortable (apparently if you want to have normal lighting you can pay for the "romantic upgrade" that is a weird flex)
I appreciate that the property has been maintained - but it has lost some of it's strong style that made it interesting when it first opened
