Perfect location, close enough to the main attractions, but far enough away from the huge crowds at Clifton Hill.
Great price for what you get, and very friendly staff. The hotel was also nice and clean.
It would have been great if the outdoor pool was open because it was still warm out, but I understand it closes seasonally.

In the morning they only offered coffee. I dislike coffee, I had my own tea bags and they couldn't give me hot water so that I could make my morning tea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, beds were comfy, location was great, price was great and as a bonus, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. We have stayed here several times, will stay again, definitely a great value! Would recommend!

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the essential amenities.
When I asked the housekeeping staff to clean my room, I was told to contact the reception. At the reception, I was informed that I would have to pay extra for a “complete cleaning,” which was never clearly explained to me. During my two-night stay, the bedsheets were not changed, I was handed over washroom towels and tissues by house keeping and the garbage was not collected. Additionally, there was loud noise at times during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, the housekeeping service, noise levels, and lack of flexibility in addressing my concerns made my stay disappointing.
