Cons:

Staff was terrible. Security guard tried to block me from using a side door after showing him my room
Key. The door is open all day also.

We also had medical emergency and the staff had no idea where a hospital was. Turns out it was like 2 mins away also.
Terrible.

Our bed was also broken on one side no. Nearly fell out every time getting up. It leans so close to the floor

I wrote management but no reply.
