The location is excellent.
The rooms are well appointed.
Loved the location , rooms were clean and comfy and loved the heart shape jacuzzi

Our room was on the 7th floor. Two out of three elevators only went to the sixth floor; we were not advised by staff and had to search for the elevator (was not near the lobby)

Check in was smooth, everything in the room worked. I like the location, very walkable.
The clock was not set to the right time is very bright. I had to put some clothes over it to sleep. Also the hot water was not consistent. It would be nice to have an armchair or loveseat in the room to sit on.
Clean room. Spacious. Fireplace and Jacuzzi were both situated well in the room.
Bathroom was really tiny.
The elevator was quite busy because it was closest to pool. It was the only one that went to the 7th floor though so you had to wait a fair amount each time.

Good location
Always were too busy kids were allowed to run up and down the hall from around 9:30 to 10:30 PM. Very disruptive at the pool was quite disturbing because even though there’s no lifeguard teenage kids were taking over the pool and jumping in and splashing intimidating, all the small kids that have to leave poor adult adult supervision. Pool was not enjoyable experience children were traumatized.
Location was great.

Close proximity to Clifton hill and attractions
Some light in the room didnt work, even after checking every switch, and even the breaker box in the room. It was also very dated.
