Cons:

The hotel management needs to work on the following:
1. Rooms were not cleaned in time.
2. Limited amount of Microwaves per rooms that requires to be requested. For a hotel of this reputation that is not acceptable.
3. The front desk operators were not nice and attitude was shown. Customer Service needs to be improved
