Pros:

Hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tyler the manager was amazing.

Cons:

I asked for a late check out which I got but my card was deactivated early so when I went to get my car I got stuck and no one answered the phone when I rang the buzzer

Clean comfortable hotel that meets your every need.
Pros:

The property’s location in proximity to a garden, mall, and Restaurants.

Cons:

Parking should be free for diamond members to entice more members to join IHG. I didn’t like that the bathroom had no exhaust fans.

I liked everything - from delicious food to a beautiful room and good value for money

The location is great and so very beautiful in the mornings and evenings looking out the windows

Cons:

The elevators where a little slow getting on but the building is very busy so not that big of a deal.

Pretty much great!!
Pros:

Everything was good. We love the room. The food was very good in the restaurant.

Cons:

We didn't really like the service in the restaurant the waiters took a long time to check on us. We also didn't like the cold pool!!!
