I stay here every time I come to ATL and dont plan on switching it up at all. They never let me down ❤️
Pros:

Beautiful and convenient. Staff very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always make me feel special here.

Cons:

I asked for plates to be delivered to my room, the receptionist told me I had to come downstairs to get them from the restaurant. I wasn’t angry about that since I have two good working legs.

What I didn’t like is that when I got to the restaurant, the hostess reacted as if it were an unusual request, then came and brought me 5 tiny cake plates even after having been informed that they were for a meal I was having with family in my suite. It was just a strange interaction compared to how everyone else always treats me.

It is a gorgeous hotel

Cons:

The bedding is paper thin there were several issues with cleanliness. Sewage in the parking garage that you have to pay 25/night for if self parking more if valet the TV wouldn’t work and I was in a room with two small children. The staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered but I didn’t interact with more than one shift of staff the manager that eventually helped me was very accommodating and understanding
