Cons:

A lot of confusion about a $90 day hold , on the phone I was told since I booked through booking that the message I received about was to be disregarded. But front desk said it was valid.

The only thing stopping me from coming back here is having to pay to park.

I did not like that I had to pay to park when I already paid for my room. It was $50 for not even two full days.

Great, some issues but loved the hotel
Pros:

amazing place, i loved the room. unfortunately when we got there we were put into a king room when we booked for 2 queens and were told it was unavailable. Beautiful hotel, unfortunately we had that issue but the manager tried to help us and ended up putting us into a room with 2 double beds. Felt like a downgrade and no compensation was offered.
