Better than expected!! And I expected a lot.
Pros:

I was in town for a conference and everyone was absolutely fabulous! From the expedited front desk check in to the clean room. I want to especially mention that Nayshaun and Khamani were so politely and constantly making sure that I was good and if I need a ride anywhere. Fantastic service.

Pros:

The breakfast is the best offered

Cons:

I had to pay for a breakfast that wasn't in my package desk. I purchased breakfast with my room. But we had 3 ppl. And they didn't cover all 3 ppl..... I put the right guest amount, which should include that number of guest

Perfect place to hunker down during a power outage!
Pros:

We stayed here during a winter storm in Atlanta, because we were worried we would lose power. The staff was absolutely amazing, and let us check in a little early. I got regular texts from Daniel at the front desk. The staff worked to accommodate our bringing our cat with us. This is the perfect hotel to stay in during a power outage or winter storm!

Excellence all around!
Pros:

What an excellent hotel to stay at! All around excellent service! We loved Umi who provided excellent coffee, conversation, and service at the cafe. We loved Michael who tended the bar, with his excellent service. We loved both their infectious smiles and positive energy. And the front desk provided top notch support, assistance, and accommodation as made some adjustments to our stay. Best hotel in Atlanta we’ve stayed at so far!
