The location is good and bad. Nice right in downtown providence but very close to Kennedy plaza
Very dated
The bed was very comfortable and I particularly loved the lobby and lift
It was expensive for what you got . They won't let you check in until 4 and if you try to check in they want to charge you . We stayed in many hotels on our road trip
And their philosophy was if the room is ready early you can have it . Where are the glasses for a drink ? I went to reception to ask for a proper glass and they refused saying it wasn't Marriott's policy . The room was very expensive for what we actually got . I wouldn't go back
Great location. Big rooms. Was clean. Good views
The heat was loud. Would be quiet for 1 hour than kick on…was loud. Wake u up loud.
2 of 3 treadmills were not working
Our room (a suite with 2 king beds and a living room!) was gorgeous and had quirky furnishings. Everything was spotless and so spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and the location can't be beat. There is even a bar with pool, games, etc. in the lobby. We will be back!
It is a great location.

The architecture is incredible. Truly outstanding. Once you walk in you see a grand staircase, along with beautifully ceilings sculpted in an elegant design. So impressed, I had to take videos and send them to my parents before even checking in. Melissa the security guard gave me great directions to The Strand where I was seeing a concert. Cleasia at the front desk couldn’t of been more kind and helpful throughout the night. Front Desk members like thatThe room was very spacious and gave me old school vibes, while maintaining high quality furniture and amenities. The views were outstanding, due to their downtown location, I came from Boston and walked 5 minutes from the Train station to the hotel, as well as being 3 minutes from the concert venue. Angelica and Renelder at the front desk were very kind and helpful as well. I was very impressed with the service. The staff really gave a strong effort to make sure I was satisfied. You could tell the Hotel is run very well. Upper management is clearly on top of things. 11/10. Highly Recommend.
