Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. Gostamos da localização, Camas confortáveis, ducha boa.

Cons:

C’est propre et pratique mais trop cher.
Pros:

L’emplacement était top. C’est le point très positif de l’hôtel. Vous pouvez tout faire à New York. Les visites (Broadway, Times square, central Park…).

Cons:

Le prix est disproportionné par rapport aux services et à l’hôtel. Nous avons eu un matelas qui était vieillissant et qui s’affaissait au centre. L’hôtel est propre mais trop vieillissant. Il n’y a pas de cafetière ou autre dans les chambres.

Breakfast- I think we must have been so excited booking the plane and hotel that we didn’t read or realise what breakfast was going to be, we was disappointed with breakfast, we loved we could get normal breakfast tea, as we could only get a cuppa tea at certain places when out and about, I found that hard to cope with, I ended up drinking a lot of pure orange when out and about.
If you did do a different breakfast, my husband would want a English cooked breakfast or breakfast bread cake with bacon/egg /or sausage etc I would have marmalade on toast or jam on toast or corn flakes/ yogurt etc

Hotel we loved the size of the room, we loved how it was set out, loved the seat bench and chair and foot stool, loved the bed/ tv ,
There was just times when light was a stuggle, especially when unpacking or when we were packing,
Even if you had a push battery light in the wardrobe would have helped,
I Really appreciated the hair dryer ,

Staff- we found all the staff friendly and helpful, the staff working in and out of the reception/entrance were all jolly and happy to assist.
Thank you to all the staff and especially to all the lovely women who kept our room cleaned and bed made every day, they was always friendly and jolly.

Las condiciones de la habitación, increíblemente mal. Consideren que tiene una puntuación de 4 estrellas y uno espera mucho de algo así…
-El piso mal olor
-El espejo muy mal deteriorado del baño
Paredes con vinil despegándose.
-En ningún momento te dicen que el desayuno es Solo fruta o yogurt cuando cualquier huésped espera un desayuno completo.

Muy mal de verdad. Creo que podrían colocar 2 estrellas para que las personas no tengan tanta expectativa

Az elhelyezkedése kiváló. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, tisztaság. Tulajdonképpen a reggeli is elég volt, csak furcsa, hogy nem svédasztalos. A szálloda halljában lehetett vételezni a csomagot, melynek tartalma 1 péksütemény, 1 gyümölcs, és vagy 1 kávé vagy egy innivaló. Amennyiben még egyszer NYC-be utazok, biztosan itt fogok újra megszállni.

A hűtőszekrény hiányzik a szobából.

Hotel lobby-extremely loud music + no comfortable/enough seating. Furniture in bar area dirty+tatty

Able to leave luggage in hotel until needed - good, fast system

Cons:

Location - should have chosen a hotel more downtown.
Room - no view - lookout to a brick wall.
Had only one very uncomfortable upright chair - no coffee table.
Lighting very dim.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
No fridge.
Bed - not particularly comfortable
Not much choice of TV channels - or is this normal for America?

Cons:

Tiny bathroom, scaffolding falling apart, dirty windows, thin walls, dirty carpet, poor housekeeping. The staff was rude, unhelpful and all seemed like they were unhappy.

La ubicación es inmejorable.
El personal es muy amable y atentos a lo que necesitáramos.

Cons:

Los cuartos son anticuados. Tienen alfombra y eso no ayuda a mi rinitis.
No tenía nevera ni snacks ni agua en la habitación.
El hotel no ofrece desayuno ni siquiera pago.
El blackout deja filtrar mucho la luz, pudieran tener cortinas para mejorar la oscuridad y reducir el ruido en la noche.

Although the hotel was clean and well located, the services and facilities were very limited making its value for money

Cons:

Even though we only paid for an “economy” room, we were disappointed to find no mini fridge provided, no welcome chilled bottle of water on arrival (we think two small bottles of water should be provided every day anyway), no soap provided in bathroom (it suddenly appeared on our last day there). There was also no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities.
Also usually had to wait quite a while for the lifts (elevators) to arrive.
There was no sit down breakfast option provided - only a “grab and go” cafe near the reception.
I suspect some of these points would not be an issue in the more expensive rooms but I think these points SHOULD be included in any basic package.

Great location. Close enough to times square to walk to a show, far enough away to be out of the chaos.
