Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, depending on the type of card you have used.

Room size was nice, bar area was nice.

Cons:

Only two working toilets in reception / bar, which we're constantly in use so there was always a que.

Cons:

No immediate tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Did provide once asked but took several asks before we got further tea and coffee. In the end, we brought their own teabags from the shop as fed up asking.

Location! Proximity to public transportation is a 10!

Staff is great!

Room was clean.

Cons:

The overall maintenance of the room was terrible. The mirror was peeling. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged. There was no exhaust fan so the bathroom was musty.

No refrigerator which was indicated on the website for our room level. Staff at the front desk offered us refrigeration downstairs if needed.
