Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, depending on the type of card you have used.

Great location, service could be greatly improved
Pros:

Very convenient for tourism in New York. Within walking distance to several touristic spots and also close to several subway lines.
The room seemed to have been renovated and despite being small, it was comfortable overall. Bathroom was a good size with a bathtub.

Cons:

The building is old with 2 small elevators serving 25+ floors with 40 rooms each. Room was pretty small, just barely fit the 2 beds. No fridge or water heater. With the exception of the cleaning staff and at most 2 of the front desk and cafe, the staff was overwelmingly dismissive and often rude when they were doing just the bare minimum of their job. No special requests, just checking in and out and asking for the breakfast that was included in our stay.

Te dan un voucher para un café, un pan y una fruta. Nada más! Por el precio debería tener un restaurante con desayuno continental .
Además tendrían q mir modernizar los televisores y demás conectividades

me gustó la ubicación centrica del hotel, la atennción en la recepción, el valet parking y cmarista así como el personal del restaurante. Las habitacion excelente; limpia y con aseo diario

Cons:

que no tiene el hotel estacionamiento propio. ( pero al contratarlo por internet no me percaté) así que no cuenta como queja, porque la desición fue mia. hace 5 días que desocupe el hotel: me gustaría que ya hicieran mi reembolso correspondiente.

Great location and overall great vibe. Nice gym too.

Cons:

Our air conditioning didn't work and we called to have it fixed but no one ever came. 3 nights of hot, muggy, sweaty sleeps. Otherwise a good hotel.
